Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Little Chute

Decided to try something outside of "fast food pizza" last night and go with something local. Knew going into it it would be pricy after looking online and also talking with a local family member about ordering. It tells you on the website delivery time may vary from what it says. It was somewhat late which was fine because there was a storm last night. But for the price you're paying it would have been nice having been a little more fresh. The cheese bread sticks were not "melty" by the time they got to us, but more dry on top. Same with the pizza. When I called for an update after it wasn't delivered within about 15 minutes after it said it would be, the kid on the phone said the delivery driver was "bumming around" since it was storming. I understand not driving too fast with the weather, but for the price you're paying I would've hoped it would have been baked shortly before leaving the restaurant at least. To me it seemed like they prepared it when the order came in and then didn't deliver it until an hour later/the original estimated delivery time. It was still good, and I can see how it could be REALLY good. But it wasn't this time. Like I said, if it wasn't so pricey it wouldn't be a big deal, but it is...

It has been awhile since we have ordered from Jet’s because my husband and I are not a huge fan of their pizza but I do really like their boats. Just my son and I ordered for take out tonight and WOW, what a great experience! I called in the order and the woman I talked to was so friendly, kind and helpful. She wasn’t sure what we wanted so she put us through to a manager and yet again an extremely pleasant employee! I went to pick up our order and every employee made sure I was taken care of! Probably 4 people asked me if I had been helped after I had paid... It was quick, we got exactly what We wanted and I don’t feel like we over paid at all! And it was delicious! Absolutely out of this world service. The pizza was phenomenal, both of them were. I got the Detroit style deep dish and the crust was perfectly golden brown and crispy, and the toppings were awesome. My girlfriend has Celiac and Todd the manager recommended the seasoned cauliflower crust which was mind blowing. He was very personable and gave us some background about himself. Amazing job. He gave us both a beverage while we waited, let’s us sample their ranch which you should definitely buy the bottle of it, and even threw in red pepper and Parmesan cheese.
