With this new Festival foods location just opening, we were excited to visit. The new generation of this Festival store is excellent. Everything is appropriately laid out, it seems more open and not as condensed as some of the older Festival food stores. Of course, they have a great selection of almost anything you’re looking for with fresh seafood, produce, they have an Asian cuisine, a built-in Caribou coffee, and of course, deli/bakery area. Also, my encounters with the staff have been friendly. We use the self checkouts, which are super efficient. We will be back!

I was a patron of the Van Roy rd festival foods and loved that stores lay out. This one not so much, but it’s clean, lots of self-checkouts (which I love), and the staff are pretty friendly. Updated this review with my new favorite drink from there, bing!

Did Click N Go. Their own employees didn't see the loaf of bread they picked that was full a fruit flies. Returned it, but what got me the employees didn't go.check the other loaves of bread. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened.

Was very excited for this location to open because of the location, and my hope is that it improves, but the staff there is not friendly or helpful. We went there for the first time yesterday to get a look around and compare it to our usual location we use. We stopped by every counter in the place looking to purchase items and there were people behind the counters would barely look at us and would turn away from us. Not one Festival employee behind the counter of their hot food, bakery, deli or meat departments would so much as ask if we needed anything. We ended up buying our weekly groceries in the prepackaged or frozen goods and got out. Place looks nice and new, layout is fairly similar, but the employees give off an annoyed you are there shopping vibe and it is not a very welcoming...

The last 3 times I have gotten groceries from here, majority of the food items ended up being spoiled and/or expired upon first use of them. Most recently we came here Labor Day weekend on Friday, and both our yogurt and bread were expired! As a consumer, I shouldn’t have to check the expiration dates on every single food item I pick up while shopping, that is the store’s responsibility - especially prior to a busy weekend such as memorial day weekend. I threw away our receipt, otherwise I would be returning this all so we could get our money back. Very...
