Very nice and down to earth place to stop by if your in the Commons area. The workers there are friendly and you can buy all sorts of things such as coffee ,tea , lattes, muffins , and more. There's a place you can sit outside with benches and you can also bring your dog 🐕 (yes)! it's a dog friendly place ! Right across the street from the post office and the Commons Lunch restaurant and right next door to a nice small thrift shop . It's great for people of all ages !

Art Café is my goto spot when I come down and visit family on the Farm Coast. Great drinks and baked goods. Take your time looking for a new piece of art and walking the gardens if the season is right. Great outdoor seating. Good spot to slow life down a notch or two. Get there early if you want a chocolate croissant

The yummiest iced mocha, savory scones, and tasty cakes ever found with the friendliest staff around! Thank you so much for such a great refresher to the morning!

The review is based solely on the service, the coffee and pastries were fine. The service was something out of a Seinfeld episode. My family of five stopped by for coffee and snacks. There was one customer standing there with half an iced coffee left. One of the servers instructed us we’d come in the wrong door and asked that we exit and come back in. We took 10 steps to go back out the exit door (not marked) and come back in the entrance, arriving in literally the exact same spot we were standing in before. So then we proceed to watch the other server/cashier continue to have a conversation with the customer for another five minutes about her vacation to Europe, etc., while we just stood there behind him. Finally he left and we ordered our coffees and asked about the pastries. It’s dark in there and everything looks similar. My wife picked up one of the lemon cakes (everything is wrapped in plastic wrap) and asked if there was a cinnamon cake. The young lady said, “please don’t touch the items unless you’re buying them.” My wife said, “oh, okay. We’re buying them.” Anyway, terrible service by a couple teenagers. I’m mad at myself for not only staying and paying, but tipping on top of that! If you find yourself in Little Compton, find a different...

Let's start with the positive. It's a little building on a huge tract of land, so all the tables and seats that I saw were outdoors. Combine that with lovely weather, lots of people, a few other dogs, and we were prepared to love this place.

My wife went in and waited in line 20-30 minutes. Perhaps there was signage, but it's a cash only establishment. So she gets to the front and another customer cuts in line with a big order and they accepted it! It was only after this did she get the message that it was cash only, so it added insult to injury.

Anyway, I enjoyed my wait for what it's worth, but I doubt...
