Stopped in to see where we would be having a charity event next weekend and stayed for dinner!!!! Wow, what a TREAT... never knew about this "teaching" school and I will certainly pass on to those looking for well-priced, delicious food to all who have never eaten at Cuisine on the Green at Atlantis in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The whole atmosphere was filled with friendly, smiling, "can I help you faces" (which really made our decision to stay to eat our dinner with them). Nancy was our waitress who couldn't have been more helpful and patient... I selected the Viking Village Scallops (consisting of locally caught scallops, baby spinach, white beans soaked in a garlic white wine sauce - I chose to leave out the smoken choriso sausage which is part of this meal) but I can tell you I have never had such a tasteful and scrumptious dinner. I had to thank the Chef (named Jerry) who can hold his head high in creating such a meal to satisfy one's taste buds! My husband chose the Ribeye Cheese Steak Sandwich ( of which he finished every tasty bit). For those of you reading this review, you won't be disappointed in taking the time to visit the Cuisine on the Green at Atlantis.. it may have been our "first dinner" there today, but definitely will NOT be our last!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had my mom's luncheon here recently after she passed ...the room was really spacious the tables with the colors and flowers really looked awesome my mother would have loved it ..the food was incredible everything was delicious the desserts were over the top they put out containers so people could take home leftovers I was very happy with the quality and taste of each entree and sides...as for the staff I couldon't have gotten a better group neat friendly and polite I was very happy with the service and the price was affordable I paid 2900$ for 50 people for 4 hours 5 entrees salad vegetables potatoes and dessert I think this was excellent value the price also included a 500$ tip...I would definitely have my parties and gatherings there in the future and would highly recommend you call Jenn and...

Thereās a culinary school that teaches from this restaurant, so we thought weād check it out. The tomato bisque was great, but needed salt. I ordered a burger at Medium temperature and it arrived so beyond āwell doneā itās what I call Congratulations. The server was a delight, and Iām never one to complain, Iāll eat a burger any which way! But I did let the server know my burger was overcooked, it is a teaching restaurant after all, so it was only for the benefit of their learning. We were surprised when they offered an entirely new burger or a free dessert which I didnāt even want to accept because I ate my sandwich- but who can turn down...
