Bagels & Beyond — Restaurant in Little Egg Harbor Township

Every day Monday through Friday they always run daily specials. My family and a lot of my friend we go there especially on days where they have your egg salad with your chicken salad. Daily specials were $4. Yesterday I wanted to get my normal chicken salad and the only thing I have on it is tomato. Wait shocked when my order for my sandwich was over six dollars the lady said the price went up. Two dollars more but that sandwich is outrageous not only that when I got home they did not put tomato on the sandwich. I did call my family members and a few of my friends and let them know about the increase in prices. Unfortunately we will not be going there anymore. Bagel sandwiches are delicious here... the Cinnamon Buns are too! A lot of reviews are talking about poor service ... I've only been here twice, and the service was great both times. They've gotten my semi-tricky orders right both times, they've been very friendly and pretty fast.. both times on busy Sunday mornings. A bunch of kids/young adults working hard and doing the right thing for the customers, is what I've found (and they haven't even given me an attitude when I order Taylor Ham sandwiches).

Maybe I've just been lucky, or maybe I've gotten the Sunday morning A-Team, but I've found absolutely nothing to complain about here (and I'm kinda spoiled being from North Jersey, where great bagel shops are the norm) Keep up the good work, I'll definitely be back every time...

I really used to love going there on the weekend. But there has been a changing of the guard. There’s only one or two girls that used to work there that still do. Things have changed in the quality of the sandwich. When I get a breakfast sandwich, the egg 9 times out of 10 is an over cooked rubbery mess. I stopped asking for salt, pepper and ketchup because it would be over done. I’m not one to complain or do this but it’s been an ongoing thing for the past 4 to 6 months in my sandwich has been ruined multiple multiple times. I have noticed it depends who is on the grill cooking the eggs. I’m not trying to be mean but I hope they fix the issue. I really hope they get back to quality control because I enjoy going there on...
