I came to this location to pick up some food for my little cousin. I pulled into one of the stalls and needed to use the restroom. A young lady outside assisting an Uber member with a customer's order. I asked me if they had a restroom on site. She replied, " Yes! Just push your service button and ask someone to unlock the door". I followed her instructions and was told over the intercom that they do not have a public restroom. I was puzzled and informed the same young lady who told me to notify the staff. I'm not from around here so I assumed this location had a drive-thru and they did not. I pulled to the other side and began placing my order. I was assisted by Derrick, the voice was very similar to the young man who informed me the restrooms were not for the public. I placed my order and watched 2 young men walking to the restroom. I had already started to record because at this point I needed clarification. I saw my order coming out and asked the sweet lady who brought my food out. I asked, "Excuse me, did those young men just walk up and use the restroom?" She responded with a confused look on her face by saying āYes, they had to use the restroom. I asked for my receipt and the GM's contact information. The initial young lady who told me I could use the restroom tried to say they didn't use the restroom. I informed her that Shannon and I saw it so miss me with the lies. She was the same person who claimed it varies if the restroom is used because of its location. She tried to ask me if she could do anything to make my night better and I informed her no bribe would account for their blatant disrespect!
To the disrespectful coward Derrick, shame on you for having the women attempt to clean up your mess.
Per the general manager, this location doesnāt allow patrons to use the restroom after 6 p.m. He states his staff has had to clean up after patrons, and this isnāt their job. I didnāt think I had to disclose my reason for using the restroom. However, because of his ignorance, I decided to humor myself.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreArrived at Sonic around 1:35. Reviewed what we wanted to order. We have been to Sonic many times as it is down the way from our home. We went to this location as it was on the way for our errands. We pressed the button probably 5 minutes later. We had to wait to order around 2pm, so twenty minutes later. Then the whole other issue. It appeared that the carhop didn't understand our initial question which was asked by her three times. What comes in your cherry limeades. With no explanation until i had to ask Sprite? This is a simple question that I believe all employees should know the answer to. Then we ordered, my order could not contain a bun because my wife cannot have gluten. I told this to the carhop which apparently was not understood. Next, we received our food which my chicken sandwich was good but the burger did indeed include a bun. We gave the burger back to the carhop for her to make us a new one since the burger I ordered had cheese and the bun would have left breading on it which will make my wife sick. I specifically said my wife has Celiac's. Instead of making a new one I get the same one without a bun. I decided to walk up to the lady to ask for the manager who looked inside and the manager came out, I explained to the manager my issue he goes inside to give us our money back. The carhop then proceeds to try and console me by telling me to take a deep breath and look on the bright side they will fix it. At this point i was not upset but wanted them to fix their mistake. This did create an issue because i became upset at the lack of training and problem solving skills this location has. The carhop also explained that they were going through a shift change which they were short people which would be forgiveable until she started her attempt at providing additional excuses. We used to come to Sonic but after this experience my wife was embarrassed and now we cannot rely on the service. I guess we can just go to In and Out where the food is better, cheaper and service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered 3 different milkshakes and the strawberry milkshake tasted like straight vanilla. So I politely asked if I was given vanilla instead of a strawberry milkshake. The lady taking the order replied ( Iām letting you know right now weāre going to put the same amount of strawberries in it). Rude but I left it alone. Then the car hop (Isabella) had the audacity to call me STUPID as she looked at the milkshake I returned ( which I barely had any of, but of course tried it thinking it was a strawberry milkshake). My 3 year old had a chocolate. My 7 year old niece had an Oreo that was basically vanilla as well! If you donāt want to put the ingredients in it to make it the flavor we ordered, then donāt advertise them ((only serve vanilla if thatās what youāre going to give us). Also the milkshake brought to me on the reorder had a hole punched in it so it would leak! They were so disrespectful that I just threw the milkshake away worried that something was done to my drink. I pressed the button several times and was going to ask for the manager but they would no longer answer the box call. My car hops name on receipt was Isabella! She and inside staff were so rude! I donāt see why ANYONE would want to purchase anything from Sonic on 423 in Little Elm with this kind of service. Will contact corporate as well! Would give this place a ZERO STAR or negative 5 stars if it was an option⦠but you have to give at least one star. Why? This business does not even deserve that! Thereās over 3,000 homes in the neighborhood I reside, and plan to copy and paste this post on our Windsong community Facebook page! ...
