Worst service I've ever had. Bartender literally ignored me for 30 mins, then started her routine of asking you if you're good, which no one ever is. Then taking your order. Then asking you what you ordered 10 mins ago. Then bringing the wrong thing. Menu on bartop is useless, can't use the qr code unless there's a tab open at your seat, which is useless since she never remembers your order or puts it in. I used the menu off of the guy next to me after she refused me a clean one after that guy was sneezing all over it. This place is literally the worst and you're just stuck with it. It's a ridiculous situation and I'm appalled with what passes for a restaurant here. The bartender should be ashamed but she tries to fix it with a "thanks love" when she brings you the check which she never forgets to do. I wanted to pull...

Very disappointing experience. Wanted chicken crispers and was told to order on the app but they weren’t on the app. Server was able to manually put it in when I asked but instead of chipotle chicken crispers I got regular crispers. Getting drink refills was impossible and when I went to say my crispers were wrong and I needed a refill I was straight up ignored.

Overall though, I don’t think it’s a server issue. The server, of which I only saw one for the whole restaurant, was incredibly busy and it showed. The staff here needs more help.

The chicken crispers issue would have been resolved by having them on the app to begin with.

WARNING!!!: Had 2 beers here on 6/11/23. Bill was $16.49 and I left a $2 tip for 2 beers. Credit card was charged $54.56. That's $26.13 per beer! Do not dine here your card will be scammed.

RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT BELOW: If you were really serious you would reach out to me directly vs giving me a link to an FAQ. You number listed on the CC stement doesn't work. I tried to call the location directly there is no number it gets connected to another chili's. They advised call the airport and airport would connect me. Left a message for HMIS no response. I don't have time to call everywhere to fix your errors. Will just dispute the charge with AMEX.
