Wings Take Out — Restaurant in Little Rock

If I could post a half star or negative star, I would. I've been eating at this location since 2019. I've NEVER had bad food from there. Last night, my husband and I went to grab dinner 2-10pc chicken wing combos. First, when I called the order in, the young lady on the phone was rude. She said they only had Coke, Sprite, and Bottled water go drink when I asked for tea. We asked for coke and sprite, but when we arrived she gave my husband 2 lemonade and he was confused because he heard her tell me on the phone coke, sprite, and water. We took the lemonade, but food wasn't very hot in the boxes. We go home to eat and the fries were hard with no potato on the inside of them. The chicken was fried too hard. And my husband ordered the lemon pepper flavor. We weren't told they were super spicy..he could barely eat them. We always get honey mustard flavor. The girl on the phone could've told us that flavor was a spicy hot flavor when ordering, he would've chosen something else. He finished his food, but I struggled eating mine and only ate 5pcs. It didn't taste fresh and they were hard. It wasn't juicy at all even with sauce on it, the chicken was dry. We both started feeling nauseous out of nowhere. And within an hour we both were throwing up chicken. We hadn't ate anything prior to chicken other than breakfast early yesterday morning. It's very odd that we both threw up our food. I was telling a friend this morning and she stated her co-worker ate there yesterday for lunch and threw up as well in the office. I'm so disappointed in this and won't be eating there for a long time. The customer service needs to be better and the cooking...

I have only visited here a couple of times. Today, I called to place two orders...let me start off by first saying the customer service over the phone was horrible! The young lady was rude and as unprofessional as she could be. Secondly, after placing my orders, she gave me an approximate time that they would be ready... she called back to say they were out of pork chops...shouldn't you have checked that BEFORE confirming my order, but she was too worried about if I was placing 2 separate orders. Wings Take Out LR...customer service goes a lonnnng way and when it's not portrayed from the first contact, the service expectation goes right out the window as proven by the young lady who answered the phone today. It is not the fact that you were out of pork chops (mind you she asked someone while I was on the phone if you'll had any), it was here tone and lack of professionalism. It will be a while before I place an order here again. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT STAND POOR CUSTOMER...

Pressed my luck again. Since we are post-covid or something like that, I thought the experience will be different. Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there in exactly 20 minutes and they say it'll be a few minutes longer. I sit down and wait. And wait. And wait while the staff plays in the kitchen area twisting hair around the grease fryers and not being very professional at all. They finally call my name about 30 minutes later. I just don't understand. Why take call in orders if they don't start cooking them until you get there? Atleast the wings were good...a few oldish pieces. I have no problem supporting black businesses but this is one I will not be returning to. Do...
