Battered fish sandwich, they tried really hard but the onions were old or something and just thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach. There was just something about it, recommend you keep them off. Would have been great otherwise. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Haven't seen a fast food place with cooler employees in a really long time. Only reason I decided to come back, plus the french fries were out of this world and I don't even eat french fries like basically ever. But I tried one and ate them all. Very wide menu selection from seafood to Philly cheese steak sandwiches and fried okra. Left credit card there in drive through on second visit, because of this sliding window thing they have you don't realize it's there and busy doing other things. This being on the corner of Roosevelt and Broadway, and it being the last place I thought I would have left it, 48 hours later I went back and asked and there it was. They held on to it along with what he said were quite a few others just that day, and was just really cool about it. It made my night. Too bad our neighborhood kind of forces them to have that kind of drive-thru window, they can't like reach out and hand you the card back so it's easy to get distracted but it keeps them safe. The fried catfish very good, being fried it's nothing greasy like Captain D's or whatever. A very different experience but enjoyable. Only took one star off because of the fish sandwich, those onions i think gave me onion PTSD. I think I can smell them now, or the taste of them. Oh well, it may not be their fault, possibly supplier or just that particular onion. Anyway if you're doing fast food or downtown and need a place to eat that is open till I think midnight or at least 11 and want something different than burgers and a friendly fast experience,...
Read moreBeing from Chicago I was visiting Little Rock and saw this restaurant. A little taste of home I thought!!! So my boyfriend and I decided to go. First thing they don’t have mild sauce, the guy at the front was like the owner owns this one and one in Chicago. I’m like yeah he should know about mild sauce then. (First mistake). We went ahead and ordered because I was hungry and we have just left a tasting at another establishment. We get our food and they disappear to the back of the restaurant. As we are eating I noticed that they gave us 6 wings instead of them 10 that we ordered along with the Doritos Nachos. So we they finally came back to the back (we called them but they never came back to the front until someone pulled up to the drive thru) (Second mistake) I tell them and his response was “You tell me after you are done eating?” Well sir you never came back to the front for me to tell you. So he talks to the cook in a language we would not understand but never acknowledges the mistake. They continue to help other customers and never came back to say sorry, offer the rest of the food or a refund in the difference. This is my FIRST and last TIME at this particular establishment!!!! #dontgo #theydontgiveyoueverythingthatyoupaidfor...
Read moreThey lazy. They got bad customers services. And they also take the meat out the grease before the buzzer buzz. I went last night it was about 45 minutes til their closing time. I wanted a philly steak and cheese sandwich but since they had already cleaned they grill they told me their grill wasnt working . So i ordered a 6 piece boneless wing combo and my husband ordered the 5 piece chicken strip combo. Our chicken was NOT done. It was NOT crispy at all. In fact the crust was slimey and falling off both of our food and we spent $30 but still had to get home and put our chucken in our oven. Smh my husband and I will NEVER go back to the sharks on Roosevelt and Broadway. They customer service is also terrible. The lady that took our order had a very bad attitude. I wish i took pictures to show you guys but i didn’t get a chance to cause i got home and had to put our food straight in the oven. I did give them one star cause the fries was hot and fresh ,also the coleslaw was good. But i still will...
