Today we went to eat at our favorite mexi restaurant. 11:03 am. We were treated POORLY from the mexican man in charge of meat at station one. He was so annoyed that people were there and he was apparently unprepared. I ordered brisket and my husband chicken. We were paused by 6 minutes because he expressed that he can't help us because he doesn't have his PINCHY TONGS, to get our red peppers. Our meat sat there all by itself in the cardboard bowls. SIX MINUTES LATER HE RETURNED AND THREW VEGGIES AT OUR BOWLS. The poor girl beside him shook her head softly and kept it down the entire time and refused to look at us. Wow. Then we finally get two different amounts of food on two same bowls. It was so not ok. THEN! eating my COLD brisket, like really Cold brisket, I had something hard wedged behind my front tooth. After digging it out I saw it was a piece of black plastic. WHAT THE HELL? I went up to the counter and asked for a manager and the nice white man said he was. I told him what happened, showed him the black thing on my finger and he took it and threw it in the trash right in front of me. 10 minutes later he came out to fill out an incident report. It has been several hours since the incident and we have had explosive diarrhea for 5 plus hours. We shared my cold brisket so we both are ill and bloated, 10 HOURS BEFORE A ROAD TRIP TO BILOXI. Read moreI have never been more disappointed with a Chipotle location than the one on Bellview in Greenwood Village. Every time I order online for my company, it's a complete disaster. The accuracy of my orders is shockingly low, and it seems like the staff at this location are incapable of getting anything right. I've lost count of the number of times I've had to reach out to customer service for assistance, only to be met with little to no helpful resolution.
My advice to anyone considering ordering from this Chipotle: NEVER order online. It's a guaranteed headache that will leave you frustrated and hungry. It's bad enough dealing with the constant mistakes, but the real kicker is the portion sizes when ordering in-store. It's like they've mastered the art of giving you half of what you pay for. I understand that portion sizes can vary, but this location takes it to a whole new level of stinginess.

We read about this Chipotle catering hack that everything is cooked and ready to go for an amazing price. I ordered it for pick up at the end of day on Monday and their computers had been down and didn't have it ready. They automatically were ready to make it during their busy time to get the catering ready. Knowing how it is to work in this stressful situation with catering problems I let them know the next day was totally fine. If they could take care of my dinner that evening, I could pick up the catering the next day and it wouldn't cause any issues. Nina the shift manager took care of my dinner and included a drink and extra chips and guacamole as an add on. I went to pick it up the next day on Tuesday and they had the catering ready to go with extra chicken for the inconvenience.
