I typically veer away from bad reviews since I try to believe people make mistakes, but considering I've gone to this location 5 times since I've moved to Littleton, and they've only gotten it right once out of the five, well there's your one star for consistency. For the TL:DR, go to another location, you'll either get soggy, cold, or wrong food here.
This last visit, the employees were chilling outside goofing around from what it seems, and went inside once they saw me pulling into the drive through. Now what gets me is the person on mic doesn't speak good English which is fine, but what isn't fine is the amount of times I asked for no sour cream. I asked 9 times for no sour cream throughout this experience. I got to work and I had sour cream. Like no joke, how do you still put it after I asked for none of it before I even mentioned what I was going to order? I literally say it before I order because the last 3 times I asked for none, I got it anyway. Aside from this, why is it when I ask for what drinks you guys have, you have no clue? Or it could be he doesn't speak English well, but why are you working speaker if you don't have that vocab down? I asked for mild sauce, 3 times, and still didn't put it in until I had to scuffle through the bag to see if he had done it, which he hadn't. This last visit along with the handful of others makes me never want to give this place a chance again.
Not sure what's going on with management, but you need some people with more attention to detail working the speaker, start off with one who can understand when a person doesn't want something on their order. I'd think this location would prosper given it had these type of...
Read moreDisabled Americans this is not a place for you. Taco Bell needs to post a sign that says, Service Dogs are not allowed without documentation. I asked the manager, "Do you know what the documentation would look like?" She told me, "No". I then replied, why are you asking me for documentation that does not exist and it is illegal for you to do so?" I was then told by the manager that it didn't matter. They knew their rights. And we were not allowed in the Taco Bell. I tried to call them to get a district manager. They would let the phone ring and ring. When they answered they did not say a word and hung up. This went on for an hour. When she finally answeredthe phone, I was refused the management information. The manager reiterated, i know our rights. Dogs on the premises. I told the manager I was going to report her to the ADA. She said, I don't care do what you need to do. We know our rights and she hung up the phone. This manager needs to understand that I have the right to go inside, order food, sit down and eat with my service dog and not be harassed. This woman actually looked across the counter at my animal and said, What is that?!! As if my animal with some disgusting thing. Taco Bell corporation, is this what you expect from...
Read moreThis is the second time I have been inside this location. It is filthy. The windows and door frames look like they have never been cleaned. My bf asked if they still served a certain product and the guy at the counter explained why they have certain foods at certain times and why they are not always available. All he had to say was yes or no. We got our food and went to sit down to eat but every table was a mess. We were the only two people in the place. My bf ordered the nacho fries that are being advertised on TV. He got half an order. While we were sitting there two employees came in and went behind the counter. In 10 minutes there was a loud argument between the four employees. The girl said she would f'n walk out. I couldn't believe they were doing this and did not care that we were sitting there. Another customer walked in and they made him wait. When the same employee came to help the man at the counter the employee said sorry for the wait we were having a shift meeting. I'm not a huge Taco Bell fan anyway. This place needs good management and a good cleaning. I would rather give my business...
