Hong Kong — Restaurant in Littleton

Ordered for delivery, food arrived and all the juice from the food was all over the inside of the bag all over everything. I'm actually surprised the bottom of the bag didn't fall out. Got the food out of the bag the sesame chicken was so dry I couldn't eat it and did not look like sesame chicken at all just disgusting pale chicken that was not appealing to look at let along eating it. I also ordered chicken lo mein looked ok but had a funny taste to it. The chicken in the chicken lo mein was also disgusting was very slimy and very fatty. Like it was the bottom of the barrel chicken. I know that sometimes everyone gets there turn for the scraps at the bottom but there was not one piece of chicken in the lo mein that seemed to be stomachable just the consistency in my mouth was nasty! This is not the first time we have eaten food from here the first time we ordered from here it was ok for the price. The time before this one I told myself I would never eat there again so it's been a while but decided to give it one more try and I'll tell you, never again! So money wasted, I called and was very nice told the guy what the problem was with everything and he would not give me a refund for the nasty food he sent to my house and he told me no, no refunds. I didn't even get a receipt with the order. If you want good Chinese food you will pay a little more but it's very well worth it to go right down the street to Imperial garden. i literally choose to only get chinese food at this restaurant, and its been that way for years now, i have NEVER had an issue with their delicious food or good service, the folks on here saying the owner is rude, clearly have no idea what they are talkin about, he is obviously not from america, so therefor does not speak as eloquently as others who have spent their whole lives here, but nonetheless it is a chinese food restaurant, im not sure id want chinese food from an american to be quite honest lol, again, ive been getting take out from this guy for years, he is right down the street, ive never had complaints, my friends have never had complaints, the sesame chicken is delightful, and to be honest, i dont like google, yet i just made a google account to write this review cause i was not pleased with the reviews some rude folks gave this small restaurant, i cant say ive seen anyone work harder than the owner of "hong kong" hes always their, and has always been very friendly to me, and in my opinion you dont need a delivery time, when it always arrives 20 to 30 minutes after order so in short, i would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area interested in chinese food, you will not be...

when I called for delivery he answered the phone 'hello'. nothing more. that was interesting, but an Asian accent was enough to presume I called a Chinese restaurant so I tried to order while he screamed at someone in the back.

when my food came it was overcharged by 5 bucks. I had ordered for the cash I had and a tip. 13 in food, 1 in tax,, (14) and small tip (3) made 17 in cash.. overpaying would have ment not tipping my driver, the total was 19!, I refuse. I had to send the food back because the owner insisted on overcharging without explaining.

2 minutes after sending the driver back with the food, he knocks again and says the owner will take what I had in cash (17), meaning the owner was willing to rob his own driver because robbing his customer failed.

beyond that the food was subpar at best. hot and sour soup was seasoned with BLACK PEPPER. tons of it. the veg was all clearly marked down before cooking. the egg rolls are fried from frozen, even the "fried" rice was just white rice with scant soy sauce mixed in for color.
