Fat Batter Ice Cream — Restaurant in Littleton

I was traveling with my best friend and we were looking for ice cream, and we were wanting something that was different from the standard places. We found Fat Batter on google while driving around and when we pulled up, we knew we had found THE place. Dustin was incredibly nice and helpful with telling us all about the different flavors and was kind enough to let us try them all. They were fantastic, every flavor was delicious and interesting! It was really hard to choose which ones to get, and we ended up getting a flight so we could have 6! We were also able to try the waffle cones which is homemade and that was phenomenal. I highly recommend the Lavender Haze, it was so good, not very overpowering with lavender flavor but the honeycomb inside was to die for. My favorites were the Gooey James Brownie, Strawberry Fields Forever, and 4 Non Flan.

I cannot recommend this place enough - it was just a nice place to hangout and talk and have delicious ice cream. We also got to meet Dustin’s dogs and they were definitely a highlight of our trip 🐶

We had Fat Batter as a dessert for our daughter’s wedding. The owner, Dustin was so professional, nice and very accommodating. The ice cream was delicious. We chose the “his” flavor as Sweet Caroline and the “her” flavor as Strawberry Fields. We also had him make a Limoncello sorbet and all the flavors were huge hits! Everyone was raving about the taste. Dustin made it very simple for all our guests to access the Ice cream by putting them all in little mason jars and he set them in a cute rolling freezer.
