Tacos y burritos Panchita — Restaurant in Littleton

Stopped in with my daughter for a lunch Burrito yesterday after passing this truck so many times and reading such great reviews. Maybe I caught them on an off day but the burrito I ordered was marginal at the very best. I got the chicken burrito with all toppings (lettuce/pico de gallo/cheese/beans/rice/sour cream). It was mostly mild rice with a small amount of dry, bland and COLD diced chicken, a small portion of pinto beans and maybe a few strands of shredded cheese. The side of tortilla chips was overcooked/burned and also quite flavorless. Not worth the calories.

For the $17 pricetag, I would have expected something warm, flavorful with high quality ingredients. I'm very disappointed as I would like to see the truck succeed but, for now, I'll stick with Chipotle, Bueno T Sano or my own kitchen for...
