Great deals, great service, but I am docking 2 stars because of tip policy and also 1 star because of the shady pricing policy. They literally post deals online but it doesn't ring up that way when checkout or when you show up. They will def get you on this. Be sure that you mention this when you checkout because they aren't going to fix it if you miss it. I don't like how they have that tip option on the screen with budtender staring at you. I'm a tipper, but I don't love the fact that tipping a dollar or two isn't even a option unless you hit other and put a customized amount though they do have 15, 20, etc percent. The tax is already brutal at 20% but to ask customers to tip 15-20 percent on a screen at the time of checkout is ridiculous. The majority of dispensaries give cash back to round up when paying with a card because of another 3+ in fees to use that service. This is not the case at collective. Again I do love the deals and service but I despise budtender standing in front of you staring when you have to answer of 10,15,20%, etc expectations or hopes when possibly spending hundreds of dollars. This is a nice newer dispensary very load laid-back and low-key staff are friendly and knowledgeable they have an excellent selection too bad they are not yet doing seed to sale I think if they did their prices would be a little bit better unfortunately now they are a distributor or a sales only in that case you know they buy product market up and sell it and of course the taxes in the state kill sales the taxes is just absolutely incredible but they do the best to keep their prices low and like I said the staff here are pretty cool laid back friendly helpful definitely make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door to me that is a big plus you can get the same products anywhere in all prices are usually about the same some places are a little bit cheaper with a little more selection obviously based on a bigger location and bigger distributor but these guys are definitely right up there just the experience itself with the staff make it worthwhile highly recommend...

When you knowingly have an issue with your debit system that charged my acct twice, tell me you took my info & to call if it doesn't clear from my account. Then not return any calls or emails, make me come all the way back, only to tell me how something was wrong with debit system that night & it happened to multiple people!! Why would you continue to accept debit transactions??!! And now you tell me I need to call my bank & dispute the charge, that you knowingly made twice!! No offer to refund & when I suggest that I'd just take a duplicate of the order, I get told to just try my bank first. How did this become a me problem when you've now held my $$ & my account hostage for a week - over the holiday weekend no less! This is the second time this location has screwed me over.
