Crumbl - Livermore — Restaurant in Livermore

By far, it was the worst crumbl experience I've had. Customer satisfaction is not on their list of priorities.

They served me cold cookies even after they explicitly mentioned that the cookies come warm.

When I took it back, the employee was bothered to see me. When I explained the situation, he said "this is how they come, 90° internal."

I had him feel the cookies, and he was also shocked at cold they were. Immediately, he took the cookies and threw them in the trash disrespectfully, gave me another pair of cold cookies.

Only after I asked him if they had a microwave did he warm it up.

To those reading this, I understand this is very minor. However, it's at moments like this that we get a gauge on a business's commitment to customer satisfaction. When a problem occurs (specifically something isn't as advertised) it should be the business's priority to get it right. These are $5 cookies, they're not cheap.

This place doesn’t have it together yet. We had to wait a long time (15-20 minutes) for the cookies to be ready and the order ended up being wrong. We didn’t realize until getting home that the order was messed up and they had given us a cookie we didn’t want instead of the one we ordered. Also for the cookies we did order, they were really gooey and one of them didn’t have the toppings. We were really disappointed. The Crumbl in Dublin gets it right every time.
