IHOP — Restaurant in Livermore

I'm so upset 😡 I don't recall ever been this upset. Soooo this is our 2nd time coming to ihop in livermore around 11:20pm and the Waitress says they are closed to order to only go, but today we came at 11:20pm and "nely" told my husband they was closing at 12 so food could only be ordered to go, so we was in the car trying to figured out what we was going to eat, when I see 4 others people going in. And nely sits them with no problem !!! I was shocked and disbelief?? How she sit 4 others after us .I couldn't content my self and I went to asked her what's was that about??? I recorded the whole interaction and pretty much she said the people that just came in was going to eat fast, and that we are to many(we are a party of 6) I told her so you get to choose and pick who gets to eat inside and who doesn't. I feel very very discriminated. I'm very devastated. Also she didn't provided us with a manager number. She said to call in the morning? Very...

Ordered to go through the app for pickup. That went well. Easy to use and pay. When I arrived I had to wait a few more minutes, not a big deal. Then the server starts to loudly complain about the cook to another server and yelling something about how to put stuff on the pancakes. A few people were trying to pay and again she was just yelling about the cook to the other server trying to help customers pay for their meal. Just uncomfortable to be around. Keep that in the back and not where people are eating and trying to enjoy a meal. I get my order and when I get home I see my bacon is just burnt to a crisp and just crumbles to pieces when touched. The chocolate pancakes were good. Sausage was very cold. And since it did not come with hash browns I ordered a side. For $4 your gonna give me the tiniest slab of hash browns. It was the size of a post-it note....

The server did her job as well as could be expected. She gets the star. Everything is being done as minimally as possible. Couldnt determine which side of the toast had been buttered. Because neither had. One slice looked as if a small rodent had been nibbling on it. Wish i had got a photo. For the prices at this place. Things should be done well. Only enough gravy for half of a bisquit. Holes in pepper shaker are smaller than the flakes of pepper. Just another way to skimp on things. For 3.50 for coffee. It shouldnt taste obviously cheap. It does. A low rated dennys on a bad day. Is never this bad. I may try ihop again someday. It wont be this one though. Again star is for server and cook. They did the best they could. With what they had to work with. Sadly mgmnt is spending more on...
