Extreme Pizza — Restaurant in Livermore

Very good pizza. I like that the crust is on the thin side for a hand tossed crust, not thick and heavy. It was also nice and crispy. I had the one with andouille sausage and cilantro and the flavors of all the ingredients went together very well and were nicely spread out on the pizza, not clumped together. There definitely could have been more bell peppers on it- there were like two tiny squares on each slice, but there was plenty of every other ingredient.

I gave four stars instead of 5 because of the price, and the boneless wings were more like little bitty chicken nuggets instead of chicken tenders like most places use (they were chicken pieces though, not ground and pressed nuggets). The breading was the thin kind you would expect for chicken nuggets which kind of just turns into a soft slime on the outside. The thicker breading on chicken tenders holds up better to being sauced.

$11 for six little bitty slimy chicken nuggets isn’t something I would choose to order again. I’m pretty sure I actually got less meat than if I had ordered the bone-in wings. “Boneless wings” are also usually a little cheaper and these were the same price.

I would say the pizza is also a little overpriced. It is good pizza, but if I ate pizza all the time I would probably choose somewhere cheaper that’s almost as good. I would order this pizza again as a treat for their unique...

All of these early reviewers are just a bunch of complainers, sorry you guys had to wait for food for once. I know tri valley clientele are used to fast food speeds but this location is going thru the same growing pains any new post-pandemic spot is going to go thru. Staff was extremely (no pun intended) welcoming and attentive during my visit for lunch. I got here right at opening and watched the lunch rush progress seamlessly.
