Delicious Donut — Restaurant in Livingston

My wife and I have been returning customers since we have moved here a few years ago. We have never took to Google to rate "Delicious Donut" before, but today we were compelled to voice our humble praise of our experience. Aside from their breakfast being top tiered delights, it is the consistently cheery disposition that sets this establishment apart from the competition.

Without fail, the service has ALWAYS been noteworthy.

I included a picture here not because I love photography, but to give evidence of how wonderful we were treated. My wife and I ordered a half-dozen mixed donuts and one dozen donut holes. The photo shows an extra donut (a strawberry jelly one) that was snuck into our bag and the dozen glazed donut holes we later found out totaled to around fifteen.

It was not the extra food that inspired these words as much as the surprise we had discovering it. There was no added attention to the gesture and we had no idea the extra goodies were included until we got home, otherwise we would have thanked them personally. I personally have not visited this location. The denham springs location, on the other hand, was HANDS DOWN the best donut shop I've ever ordered from! That location is permanently closed due to smoke damage from a nearby fire! My kids and I are heart broken. I really was hoping for them to reopen sometime in the future! The service was always so personable. The young lady that worked the front counter would remember our order every week. She also always sent us off with an extra donut I could eat on the ride home😁. We came from Ponchatoula to try this cafe in Livingston. We were definitely not disappointed! Firstly, the service was amazing. The couple working at the counter was so helpful with our large order. She explained how the pricing worked and made suggestions that made our whole experience super easy! She even threw in free donuts holes and a fritter with our order.

As for the donuts and pastries- great quality, well made and delicious. Fluffy donuts that weren’t overly sweet and kolaches that weren’t over!cooked or dry.
