I came with my family to eat dinner here for the BBQ since we enjoy our BBQ. I had the smoked sausage when I came today for dinner. It was lovely, and tasted very well. I was bummed to see cole slaw on my sandwich, which I’m not from the area and this just may be how it’s served here since it’s a southern dish (which is definitely not a bad thing! I just do not like cole slaw and wish I was told they were putting it on, and mistakes happen :) ) I also had the kettle chips which were some of the best salt and vinegar chips I ever had. The food tasted lovely and I wish the portions were a little bigger but it definitely did fill me up, and that’s all that matters. The reason I leave a single star is because almost immediately after eating my food, I began to become nauseous. I’ve gotten sick many times tonight and had many accidents. I’m having many symptoms of food poisoning, and will be going to the hospital for this reason. I really hope I am the only person who has gotten sick, since I really enjoyed my food. My family, on the other hand, was very disappointed with the serving sizes and the price. For 6 people, we spent around $100. I wish we would have known the prices since the reviews say that they aren’t as expensive and we didn’t even get drinks (“$$”). I really wish this meal ended differently, since I love supporting small businesses and exploring the new dishes here. But I shouldn’t have gotten sick from eating...

I don't know how we've lived in the area for so long and are just finding out about Follow Yer Nose.

We stopped in on our way home from Gardiner and I'm glad we did. Definitely one of the best bbq spots I've had on this side of the state! The brisket was smoked to perfection–great flavor and not dry at all. There's nothing I despise more than a dry, chewy brisket. My husband isn't typically a fan of pork ribs and he loved these! They were falling off the rib just like real bbq should. The sides were good, we had baked beans and mac & cheese, but they don't compare to the flavor you get from the bbq meats.

I'm usually a sauce girly but it wasn't needed here. I actually think the sauces took too much away from the smokiness of the meat. The peppa sauce though...so good!

Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. It was a great time overall with a very laid back, local vibe. We'll...

Enjoyed Follow Yer Nose at a wedding reception and let me tell you, I will be thinking about this food for the rest of my life. Certainly the best wedding food I have ever had, up there with Arthur Bryants among the best BBQ. Maybe it was the occasion but I could have gotten down on one knee and married this food. The brisket was transcendent, I wanted to lie down on the block and get chopped up with it. I have not stopped thinking about this food since the wedding. Thankfully this place isn’t located where I live in Detroit or I would surely eat nothing else. Today I was spacing out on the couch thinking about the taste and texture of the pulled pork - my wife asked me if I was thinking about other women. If only she knew I was pondering a...

Hands down some of the best bbq we have had!! We ate here twice in one week, and loved it so much! The brisket, turkey and sausage were our favorites, and the sides were so so good too, we had to try them all! It’s a fun atmosphere and good for kids and dogs! On our second visit we met the owners and they were some of the most down to earth and sweetest people ever! Love supporting local businesses especially when the food, quality and service is top notch! This place will not disappoint and we can’t wait to come back when in the area!

I spent a couple of nights in Emigant at "Tiny Town" (check it out). One night I came here for dinner. Outdoor dining at its finest. Delicous barbecue with a large assortment of sauces to add, Delicous side dishes. Served in a luxurios styrofoam container with plastic dinnerware. If that bothers you, you're at the wrong place. Mcdonalds is probably 70 miles away in Bozeman. I was served almost before I sat down. Delicous.
