Mi Casa restaurant — Restaurant in Livingston

I went out with my family to Mi Casa to celebrate my mothers birthday and it was the worst experience I have ever received. During our meal I couldn’t have a conversation because the music in the background was so loud it almost blew my ear drum out. My server was basically yelling in order to take our order.The food was decent but there was an error with our order. When we informed our server she basically accused us of lying and starting arguing with us. Instead she went straight to the kitchen and accused us of being wrong. While I was there I also noticed a server in a purple shirt spill a michelada and she didn’t bother to clean it up. Afterwards she passed by it again and she ignored it. Three other employees passed by and no one bothered to clean it up. Anyone could have slipped and fell. Not to mention that some of the employees weren’t following the appropriate food safety measures. One server in a blue shirt has long hair just like rapunzel and she didn’t have her hair up. While another server was touching her face and not once did she bother to wash her hands. Instead she took out food orders just like that. This is out second time at this place. First time we waited over an hour. We asked what happened to our food they said it was going to be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. We walked out. On October 17, 2021 we went again, we got our drinks and chips right away. We ordered a molcajete, @ 5:45 at 6:15 i place an order to go 4 asada tacos I asked to put them after we get our food. At 6:35 we ask how long for our food, never got a time, but the server ask if we wanted the tacos with everything on it. I told her they were to go and she just keep on asking if I want them with everything. 10 minutes later I saw they put a plate to go on the window to the kitchen. 5 minutes later they brought out the molcajete. The food was so cold, the only thing warm in it were the cactus on the bottom of the molcajete, tottillas were warm too. The fish are stick was completely cold inside. the shrimp were hard and cold, they had the shell stuck to the shrimp meat. We got a stomach ache. We heard this place was good, we want it to try it. But worse place we have had a molcajete. I hope the Yelp app will allow us to share a review without a star 🌟 this place do not deserve the one we are force...

Never going back to this place. To start my son has Autism. Me and my whole family decided to go there to eat for my moms birthday our waitress was super nice but the rest of the workers were being rude. My son was screaming and didn’t want to stay sitting down as he was getting overstimulated. So he kept going everywhere and I was behind him the whole time never was he alone . I noticed some of the waitresses giving me dirty looks. We even over heard a waitress say ahí que gritos de chiquillo. I kept taking out my son to the front so he wouldn’t bother the other people when I don’t even know how they could hear him when their music is so loud we can’t even hear each other talk. Anyways then the security proceeded to tell my sister that we should be more attentive with my son because then he will grow up to be super aggressive. And my sister told him he’s not being a bad kid he just has autism and that how much more attention can we give him when we are even removing him outside so he won’t bother other people. They are super rude and I don’t care how good the food is their hospitality and service was disgusting. People shouldn’t talk about other people especially about kids not knowing...
