Starbucks — Restaurant in Livingston

My daughter placed a mobile order for a drink 30 minutes in advance because she knew they might be busy during that time. However, she waited for 10 minutes in the store and still didn't receive her drink. As we were in a rush, she decided to come out and let me pick it up later. But when I found out there weren't many people in the store, I knew something must have gone wrong with the order, possibly being taken by someone else. So we went back inside and explained our situation to them. The store wasn't busy, and they should have checked their system to confirm if they received my order. However, the boy in charge of making the drinks didn't check anything and just asked for proof that I hadn't entered the wrong address, mentioning there are two Starbucks in Livingston. I explained that my daughter orders drinks here 3-4 times a week and wouldn't make that mistake. I asked them to check their system to confirm. Since we were running out of time, and my daughter's camp was going to be late, I started to get a bit upset and spoke with urgency, but I didn't yell or use any foul language. The drinks are good but this location needs to check up on their Wednesday afternoon counter workers. The girl that rung me up was soooo rude to my 3 yearold niece. My niece was holding one of the plastic cups they have for sale because she wanted it and she dropped it by mistake but I told her "sweetie please put that back" and the girl at the counter soooo rudely looks at a 3 yearold little baby girl and says "you need to put that back now!" And then my niece wanted a string cheese which I planned on buying for her and again tells her to put it back now! And I had to snap back and tell this worker that I'm buying the damn string cheese! Like seriously??? People need to relax and learn how to be nicer to people ESPECIALLY...

The coffee here is seriously amazing! You can tell it’s crafted with care and quality ingredients. I do wish they had a drive-thru—it would make things more convenient—but honestly, the taste makes up for it.

I highly recommend trying my custom drink: a grande iced shaken espresso with brown sugar cold foam, breve one pump of vanilla, two pumps of brown sugar, no classic syrup, and caramel drizzle lining the cup—it’s absolutely delicious and gives the perfect balance of sweetness and kick.
