Was there Saturday November 30. Party of 6 arrived 5 :15 .we're told 30 minute wait. There were 10 tables empty. At 5:30 they did seat us, at one of the tables I saw were empty when walked in. In fairly short time, we were asked what wanted to drink and if wanted appetizer, ordered app and drinks, I was delivered a beer I didn't order. And app came. It was not the beer I ordered. When I told waitress, she went back to kitchen came back and told me they didn't have the beer I wanted and she didn't know why it was on the list. They also didn't have the advertised local brewery beer. We ordered meal at 5:40. During this time there was a girl and guy on the bar side with a PA attempting to do country covers. After the 10th attempt at Jolene, that sounded like Judas Priest was trying to cover it at 130 decibels, they moved on. Still at a earsplitting non- conversational level. If you wanted to communicate with any other people you had to litteraly scream. After 10 minutes waiting for food, the waitress came back to table and told us my wife's scallops we're not available as was my beef short ribs. Exasperated with this new news of " we don't have" menue, we both just said bring us the house best hamburger. So that was two burgers, a potato app, a sandwich, a shrimp app, two waters, two beers, a soft drink and a margarita, a fish Chip's , and a steak that was ordered. One hour and a half later, the food came. Hamburgers we're cold, and mostly not hamburger. My wife's burger in fact was so overdone that is was broken in half! Sons steak was delivered cold. $130 was the ticket. Called manager over, which 20 minutes for her to get to us. Told her the problems, which she only apologies for being busy. She also alluded that because my son ordered a medium rare steak, that's the reason it was cold?????. Also, must warn if the bathroom situation. For a place that seats probably 300 people, the one women's and one men's bathroom each have a single toilet in them. There was a constant line at the women's the entire time I was there. Eventually, the owner came out and agreed to eat the tab. It was a very nice of him, however the whole time he was offering excuses. The fact is that restaurant has Serious problems from the front door to the kitchen. I watched half or partial table orders sit on the hot plate, waiting for the order to be finished for 20 minutes over and over, then the order would be sent to the wait staff. The owner works in the kitchen, he is oblivious if what's going on with the front end of the restaurant. It was without the , top 5 worst restaurant experiences in my life. I will never go there again when visiting this part of TN. I highly recommend traveling on the 30 extra miles to Cookville where there are reputable restaurant's that know how what it means to deliver quality service and food in a timely manner in an atmosphere that is relaxed and condusive to digesting...

Our party of 8 arrived at 6 tonight. We ordered our food within 10 minutes. The place was about 75% full but yet, it took over an HOUR before we got our food. A party of 9 beside us, who sat down 10 minutes AFTER us, FINISHED EATING BEFORE we even got our food! The manager kept asking us if we were doing ok but yet, when I said we'd been waiting a long time for our food, she would only say that our food would be out in a few minutes. So after the 5th time of her saying that, she was finally right. In my opinion, they should have given us a FREE round of drinks or a FREE appetizer for making us wait that long for our food but they never offered that to us. Poor decision by management in my opinion. So most of us got burgers which everyone said were "good". The other annoying thing about this place is that their burgers come with cole slaw and not fries. To get fries, you have to pay another dollar and then you only get about 15 of them although they did taste good. And I've been to HUNDREDS of restaurants and this is the FIRST one I've ever seen charge EXTRA for fries! It is/was ridiculous. And by the way, the cole slaw was HORRIBLE! No one ate more than one bite of it because it tasted so bad. I just hope I don't throw up later tonight because of the one bite I did manage to swallow. The atmosphere was good though. It was dark, noisy, and a little too warm but that's the way I like it. The service was so-so. A little slow on taking our drink orders, getting our drinks to us (it took 15 minutes for some of us to get our drinks but I will say that the dark Porter beer was good), and even on refilling our drinks. Finally, their prices are a little pricey for Livingston, TN. One of our group got a steak that cost $28 but he did say it tasted "good". So, overall, because of the mediocre service, the incredibly long wait for food when it wasn't even full, the "averageness" of their food, and the fact that you have to pay extra for a miniscule amount of fries, I can only give this place 2 stars. And we will definitely NEVER be back. I will also guess that once the newness of this place (it's been open less than a year) wears off, it will go out of business unless they drastically improve their service and improve their pricing. Their selection of food is also on the skimpy side so they need to beef that up as well. One last comment - a couple of people in our group had been there twice before and said the food was terrible both times but they thought they'd try it one last time. One of them got scallops which they didn't finish eating because they said they were way too rubbery. So three strikes on this place for this couple and they also said they would never be back. The other 4 in our group weren't sure they would ever come back but they weren't ruling it out either. So, our consensus is that this place is not...

Lets start with what a fantastic server Logan was! We lacked for absolutely nothing, he had a great personality & he made sure everything was perfect & even corrected the small “issue” we had.

I ordered the Pineapple Upside down Cocktail Pineapple Vodka, Vanilla vodka, Sour Mix, and Pinepple Juice Shaken and layer with a touch of Grenadine $7.00 (this is where the “issue” was).

I did not like this at all! It had an odd taste to it that I just didn’t care for. I explained this to Logan & he apologized & said he’d get me something else. I ordered the Воozy Whip Pineapple, Pineapple Vodka, Pineapple Puree' (I didn’t get the price & it wasn’t on the menu). This was much better!

We ordered appetizers & they were huge! If we would’ve known this we probably wouldn’t have ordered an entree.. But we did! lol

We got the FRIED CHEESE CURDS I $12 Small white cheese curds covered in our handmade batter and fried to a golden rown. *Served with ranch or marinara. And the

COOP CAKES* | $11 Handmade Potato Cakes, deep fried and topped with bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and chives. *Served with ranch and sour cream.

The only small “complaint” I had with the appetizers was that it wasn’t served with marinara. I was told they didn’t have any when I asked, I don’t care for ranch. Luckily we had leftovers so the next day I had them at home with marinara.

For our entrees I ordered the CHICKEN AND SHRIMP PASTA served with linguini noodles covered in a Alfredo sauce and topped with your choice of grilled chicken, shrimp or both; served with garlic bread stick. Chicken $17, Shrimp $19, Chicken and Shrimp $21 Ok now for this one I wasn’t overly happy with. There was absolutely NO seasoning on this & just three shrimp. For $21 I would’ve like a couple more shrimp & some type of seasoning. This also went home where I “doctored” it up & added some flavoring to it for lunch the next day.

My friend ordered the Braised Short Ribs over parmesan herb risotto & broccoli (I didn’t get the price of this) & she ordered a side of crispy brussel sprouts $4.00

Hers was definitely better than mine! The ribs were tender & seasoned perfectly. Neither one of us cared for the risotto. And the brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly. She added a side of balsamic vinegar to it which made it even better!

They had a live band on the other side that night which was really good as well.

Overall everything was worth coming back again to try...
