Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Livonia

I work in the plaza right next door, have for the last nine years. This place has gotten worse and worse every time I come. Im convinced the only reason why it's still open is because it's off the freeway and attached to a gas station.

If you want your order wrong almost evey time come here.

If you want them to hardly ever give you extras you paid for come here.

If you want someone to argue with you about giving extras you paid for after confronting them; come here.

If you still want them to not give you the extras after confronting them, come here.

If you want someone to argue and try to deter you from getting a large side of cream cheese with one bagel because they don't give you extra every time, so you're just going to keep it in your fridge... come here.

If you want someone to be mad because you tell them the color of your coffee is wrong because you get the same order every time, then this place is for you!

I really had put off this review because i dont like leaving bad reviews, but it honestly is 95% of the time i come here. I started going elsewhere most times now, I only stopped again out of convenience which was met with yet another disappointment. Hopefully they get it together but I seriously doubt it. This is right by my work so I loved swinging in quick for a drink and some food but these last two times I've visited, weeks apart, have been horrible. The staff are super sweet and quick, but my black tea reeks of sulfur/rotten eggs and tastes absolutely foul. That's two large teas down the drain, and today's was especially putrid with the taste and smell. Figured the first time was a one off or bad batch. This morning was so bad I had to leave a review to at least make someone aware of this issue. Would be great to hear follow up on this issue and maybe receive credit for the two wasted drinks since we typically opt for Tim Horton's for office meetings and the quality of what I suspect might be a water issue is severely throwing my confidence in the quality of the other food and drink. :(

Edit 9/23: I followed up after their response and received quick, ai-generated responses saying that my concerns were forwarded to the store. No follow up has been made and no credits for the drinks offered. One of the newer reviews said the coffee was awful recently too, so beware if you care about...

For the last few months, I would come to this particular Tim Hortons because of their fast service. Over a year ago, I lived in Livonia, and the coffee was always great. This time they have a new manager and we'll maybe he's telling them not to give customers what asked for, everytime I go I spend a lot of money on getting caramel shot and they never put them in my coffe you can't smell it or taste it. One time, I got into with the manager if they put it in my coffee or not . I have been a loyal customer of Tim Hortons for any years. I only have a problem when I come here. I ordered 2 chicken panini and 2 large coffees with 3 caramel shoots per coffee and 1 cream. We didn't get the caramel at all, and instead, we received a lot of cream to the point that the coffee looked beige, I asked the employee the coffee had the caramel shots he told they do. The lies of these people is amazing. I will no longer come to this location because they can get my coffee order right Again, those are 30 to 40 cents a shot . I'm done with this location. I'll go out of my way to get it somewhere...
