Chick-N-Run — Restaurant in Locust Grove

I have been coming to chick n run for years but the last few times I’ve come have been treated very rudely. Today I couldn’t get them on the phone and just decided to drive up and place the order at the window. Didn’t plan on having to go inside so I was not dressed and I brought my baby with me so she can take a little evening nap in the car seat. When I get to the window she asks who the orders name is in and I reply “I couldn’t get you guys on the phone, can I please place my order?” To which she rudely states “ you cannot place orders at the window but you can come inside “ so I ask “well then can you just answer the phone?” She says sure and slams the window shut. So I call again at least 10 times and she still doesn’t answer the phone, just lets it ring. I am literally looking at the girl at the counter ignoring the calls. I left and got k&j wings. I don’t have time for this and I usually wouldn’t leave anything like this, but I am so aggravated and disappointed. They used to have such friendly service and staff. I don’t know...

Ive ordered over the phone countless times in the past and was given total of my order. I asked for total today and was told it wasn’t possible to give price over the phone. Got to the restaurant and price of food had increased over $10. I can only assume that’s why I wasn’t given the price when I asked! I was then told prices went up two weeks ago! It would’ve been nice to have been told that when I asked about the total. Well I was even more disappointed to get home and wings were severely over cooked. So hard it hurt our teeth. Everyone was dissatisfied with the quality of food. I made this review because after frequenting this restaurant countless times and overlooked other issues similar to this one but not today! Customer service wasn’t good and neither was my food! Wasted $59 and was rudely told to bring it back...

I am disgusted! First we were told they couldn't give us our total until we got there which has never happened before. Come to find out it's because they increased Thier prices. We ordered a 50 piece meal the chicken was super dry. We ordered 25 mild and 25 lemon pepper, the lemon pepper was soooo salty we couldn't eat them and could barely chew the mild bc they were so hard. I called to inform the manager and conviently in the middle of being told they can't do anything without us bringing the food back which wasn't an issue the phone hung up. Keep calling back to no avail! I was going to order wings from there for my baby shower but I will never give them another dime of my hard...
