Been ordering here for a very long time and to be hung up on like I was nothing is beyond me!! These ppl are rude and nasty, I was ordering lunch as I do from time to time ask the young lady about the kids meal she stated there were no kid meals blah blah blah, she seemed a bit confused about the menu that I was asking about, remind you I recognized her voice from other times she took my order and she messed up multiple times so I immediately let her know that I will like someone else to take my order because I didn't want my order messed up( she got offended) and said she was the manager but she was the same lady reading my card number out loud as I repeated it to her , that made me feel uncomfortable and for her to get offended and hang up on me in my face like I don't spend money here is insane. Then I call back and the guy is rude not even trying to hear what his employee has done which he is the real manager do you honesty think I'm going to order after your employee did something like that I'm pretty sure the ppl that order from here knows the young lady I'm talking about that MESSES EVERYONE ORDERS UP!!! I've been ordering from this location for 3 years now, and I'd give them a B- at best. Food always tastes fine but what you get on your sandwich is inconstant. Their portions are day today. I usually order a totally tuna and the amount of tuna on the sandwich fluctuates. I get it's not always the same person making the same sandwich everyday, and I guess I can live with it, after all they do make it and bring it right too you. Also they are more then happy to add items as you please for a charge. Two pieces of cheese and light spread of some avocado will run you 3.54, 1.77 a piece. This is bit of a stretch, and really diminishes the convenience of there product. For me this is the last time I will order, and will encourage others not to order as well. I will say the staff is nice, and it always on time, but the value is no longer there...

I placed an online order for my boss prior to my lunch time for delivery. It was 30 mins later and I called the store to see why it hadn’t been delivered. Since my lunch time was approaching I just told them to hold it and I will pick it up. Before heading out I placed my order and asked for ez avocado spread and lettuce they barely put turkey on it and literally the avocado spread was nonexistent. I’m not sure if they got upset that I requested to have the delivery tip removed from the first order but I paid $9 for a barely there sandwich. I don’t think that I will be ordering from here again.
