Burger King — Restaurant in London

This location is literally worthless. The amount of times that I have placed online orders or tried to complete a doordash order anywhere from an hour to 20 or 30 minutes before 11pm when they are scheduled to close and have gotten to the drive thru within minutes of placing my order or receiving a doordash order and always well before closing and have just been ignored at the drive thru speaker because the staff refuses to fulfill orders until they're scheduled close time and closes early every damn night.. you never know when this location is going to close because they pick and choose and if you call the store location to find out if they're going to be fulfilling orders that night they answer and hang up on you and then getting the company to refund for an order that they did not fulfill can take weeks and that's if they don't just downright refuse to refund you for an order that they refused to fulfill while they were scheduled to be open and fulfilling orders. Whoever is supposed to be running this location should be paying more attention and Burger King as a whole should be ashamed and pissed off at the people that they've hired. Went through the drive through with a bundle deal from the app. When the lady asked for the code I repeated it multiple different times slower and slower each time. The last time I said each individual number. After the last time she called someone else over and asked me to pull up because I was not reading slow enough. The code was 4 numbers. I read as slow as I could. Once I pulled up I read the code again and the girl asked her manager if they were still doing that bundle and the manager said “unfortunately yes”. They were all very dismissive towards me. They didn’t have two of the items from the deal in stock. And when I got home to eat with my family there were items missing. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. 80% of the food was barely warm. We didn’t even eat the chicken nuggets because they were rock solid. I understand it’s fast food but just because an employee is having a bad day does not mean they are allowed to be disrespectful and dismissive towards customers. Decided to try the new mobile app, so here's some pros and cons for both it and the eatery: Cons: Did not register my order at first, had to re-do the entire order again. Only one person up front working all the orders, two people on the cook line. Food was cold, tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while, and an order was wrong. Root beer had no flavor to it, just carbonated water with Essence de Root Beer TM. Pros: Once the order went through, it gave me my order number right away. The lady working the front and drive-thru was very kind and apologized for the wait, and she handled both the front and drive-thru orders gracefully. Drinks were upgraded to larges for the wait. Milkshake machine was down but another option was given and taken for a replacement drink. Would I come back? Maybe during the day when there's potentially more people and I'm doing the 1 cent...
