From my last review being a Five Star rating to once again, back down to a One Star rating.
Problem #1: Had to hand back the dragon fruit ices bc the syrup was forgotten, he (nice young man) made news ones, but the syrup was put all in the bottom of the cup. Not a huge problem, and one I can help. I just mixed them up for me and my child.
Problem #2: nacho fries being half-filled cost: $3.50ish x 2 of them. I brought it to the attention of the employee, was told there was nothing that could be done. I ask for a manager and she tells me they are measured out and that's the correct amount (photos attached). I asked for a refund, but was told that was not possible due to it being an online order, and I'd have to call this number and blah. After much persuasion and unnecessary hardship, she did correct this issues. They had to make more and had me pull around (My Thoughts: probably why they tried to pass off what they had left to me in the first place bc they didn't what to have to make more?).
Problem #3: I paid an extra $1.50 to have chicken added to my quesadilla. I get home (20 min Drive bc I really wanted Taco Bell) to find, they forgot to put chicken in it.
I really don't know what else could have went wrong. At least the tacos were okay. But the chicken was my last straw, so here is this update review. Disappointed.
2 star bc I think the guy was new and just didn't know how to make the drinks. My past review: I have to say, this place has really turned it around. Great customer service and quality food! The gentleman running the drive through is a great asset. He is super friendly...
Read moreI have no idea if Taco Bell and McDonalds are owned by the same person, but you get the same horrible service at both places. My husband experienced this (again) last night. I used the app to place our order and the order was ready when he went inside.
He went up to the counter and told the man that we had placed an online order. The man then tells him that he "can't find it". After searching for quite some time, he realizes that it's the order that's been on the counter the entire time. At this time, my husband is irritated and asks how long the food has been sitting there and a female employee pipes up "not that long". Well, he was there for 19 minutes (thanks, Google timeline), so it had been there at LEAST 19 minutes. That's unacceptable!
To top it off, we weren't given any utensils, napkins, sauce... anything. I got the chalupa box and I've never even seen a chalupa look like that. They always look the same and are full. Including the standard toppings, it was half full (at most). This is the only Taco Bell that we have these issues with. We have previously complained and the owner/manager basically told us to get lost. That time, my husband went to order and they told him it would be 15 minutes before they'd get to him. How does this location operate by it's own set of "standards", that are different from every...
Read moreThis is honestly the worst drive thru I have ever been to. Went through the drive thru 2 weeks ago at 6pm and they informed me they closed early due to understaffing. Went there tonight at 9pm, 1 customer inside of the restaurant and the drive thru let me know they were only accepting online orders. We pulled into a parking spot, placed our order, pulled around to watch FIVE employees walk outside to smoke a cigarette, pulled up to the window to be told we had to wait another 10 minutes to drive back through to see if they could even pull our order up at that time.. At least 6 employees working and not a single person could take an order at the window not to mention the fact we had to park and wait even longer for majority to come back in after smoking to start making our order. Usually we go through and they forget something but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back to this Taco Bell I'm not even sure how they can keep this place open. Whoever runs this place...
