McDonald's — Restaurant in Londonderry Township

I pulled up around 9pm on a Friday night with three codes for McDonald's Apps (I had my dad and my daughter and her friend) No problem, kind service. When I got to the window the young lady told me that there was a limit to two app orders per vehicle. There was no one in line behind me or in front of me. I thought this was weird. She forgot my drink, and when I tried to get her attention ignored me. A young man came and squinted through the window to look at someone in the parking space but I couldn’t get his attention either (honked my horn twice). I opened my door and knocked on the window and explained that my drink was forgotten. The lady didn’t say one word to me. Just looked at me annoyed. Got my drink (coke) and it looked like iced tea. I tasted it and it was coke but the carbonation was off. I pulled up and went to go inside and was happy to see there there fountain drinks right inside the door. I filled up with coke and it was bad, tried the other one it was bad, and then tried Coke Zero and it was fine. The lady that helped me in the drive through (shoulder length long hair and a nose ring thing hanging bout of her nose) was there and I mentioned that something was wrong with the coke. She turned towards me, glared at me, and then walked away. I have no idea what was going on, and no point was I ride in any way. The service here was terrible mostly because of this one person. This location is a mess. Place the order at about 9:25, at 9:50 I still don't see my order, but there are plenty of people standing around waiting. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which was processes after the manager got herself over to process my request. As she's finishing up, she calls over to another associate to bring the sandwich and drink. I take both and leave. Open up the sandwich and it's a wet mess. The Sausage, Egg, and cheese biscuit are not that. That is not sausage. It looks like someone mashed together thawed out sausage patty with thawed out hamburger patty and mad it into some other disgusting meat patty of sadness. They also put onions on the d@mn sandwich, so completely inedible. I'm done with this location, and all other MD restaurants. Whoever is running this location needs to be fired, quickly. Additionally, fire the entire crew. They are untrained and likely serving food that will make people sick. Just start over. In the mean time, Eff McDonald's. I always recommend you pre-order before you go to this store. They are a very busy restaurant they are attached to a truck stop. I think some rude people think it should be super fast. The staff can only do so much. The staff to make up for the weight with their personality. A very nice group of people that I have spoken to each time I went to that restaurant. It's terrible how some treat them because of their wait time. It's not like any of these people are standing around twiddling their thumbs. I see them running out to the spaces outside to deliver food and keeping the store clean. I feel like they do a wonderful job And I personally have had great food there. My English muffin is not dry and my sausage is not burnt. My coffee tastes like it's exactly how I ordered it. It is a truck stop with a gas station and in a very busy location off the freeway. The atmosphere is the usual for a truck stop it's not one of the pretty locations that were refurbished. The great thing is there is a little...
