This family has serious communication problems and the children do not deserve to have the liberty of a business in this country. Very unappreciative to my hard working 16yr old American daughter. She quit because of their disrespect, low pay and requiring her to work off the clock for training purposes. They called her 3 weeks later begging her to come back. She gave them a second chance when they were willing to pay her $9.00 and ensured they would be more professional. The disfunction continued and she gave her 2 weeks notice once again to the daughter of the owners (the respectful way to resign) they asked her to clear her schedule for those 2 weeks to allow a chance to find a replacement. Working on her day off after working double shifts all week the owners son heard about the 2 weeks notice that was given over a week prior and proceeded to assume he is privledged enough to talk to my 16yr old daughter in a disrespectful, unappreciative way sending her home after we rearranged our entire familys Sunday plans. When I called to discuss the matter I spoke with the hand me down son and apparently he feels hanging up on hard working Americans is the way you get rid of a problem. I’m sorry sir it doesn’t work that way. If you are considering a career at subway as some have I would suggest a different location. Possibly one where a over privileged child hasn’t been handed the reins of a business. Welcome to small...
