Welcome to a little place where Vietnamese food is hardy. A place to enjoy some fresh tasting, made to order restaurant. Its brand new, opened three days ago, from the writing of this review. What does that mean? It has its hiccups. Servers are learning, hostess are learning, and so is the rest of the staff. It's small inside, they could use some more seating. Originally a Mexican restaurant with a ton of seating, is now down to about 20 tables. Now for what you are really here for the food review. The food is really good. It taste fresh and cooked well. I had the Pho, because it's a staple in the heritage of Vietnamese cuisine. The P3 menu item lacked some flavor, I had to had some in it. Still was delicious and I almost at all of it. Portion size is there for sure. If you leave hungry, that's your problem. The amount of seating combined with the customer service is why this place gets three stars, for now. It seems like they are learning, but can neglect you for a refill, and your order can take a while to come out. If you have another person with you, like I did, her order came put 10 min before mine. This place is good, and in time it can be great. Try it out, experience the food and you will see.

My first time to dine here. I'm very happy my hometown of Long Beach now has a Thai-Vietnamese restaurant. I am a big fan of Thai-Vietnamese cuisine. The spring rolls were good, but, to be honest, they could have used a couple more shrimp on each roll. The peanut sauce was very good -- plenty served. I like to add the leftover peanut sauce to my noodle soups. The Pho Tai Bo Vien (eye-of-round and meatball rice noodle soup) was outstanding, served with plenty of sides (cilantro, basil, bean sprouts, jalapeno, and lime). The ice tea was decent, but I had to choose that because they did not have the Change Muoi (salted and pickled lemonade). I was disappointed they did not have that. The service was adequate. The place looks very clean and tidy. The price of my meal, including taxes, was $19 and some change. I will be back to try it again. Thank you.

My friend and I had the amazing green curry! The large bowls we're accompanied by plates of rice. Slightly different color than the last green curry and the Asian eggplant was a delightful addition. I would have loved to try their spring rolls or ad Thai, but generous portions meant we were both already full with leftovers to boot. Prices are comparable to the Thai restaurant in Gulfport. Favorite features: - sparkling clean, roomy restrooms - extremely efficient wait staff, my glass of water never emptied. - fast food preparation with very high quality ingredients, the peppers we're just tender with a slight crunch as you bit in Drawbacks - crowded parking, they have a lot of spaces, but we had to park all the way in the back. This place is that popular on a Tuesday evening. - tables and chairs, rather than booths.

Im leaving this review after eating here on their 3rd day open. I will give them a second chance after they get the kinks worked out. We got there at about 1130 am. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant. There were two servers that took our drink orders as soon as we sat down but failed to give us menus for almost 5 minutes. Once we were ready to order it was painfully obvious neither waitress knew the menu at all, as we were trying to order the phone rang and the waitress made us wait with our limited lunch time while she answered the phone. We both ordered pho and egg rolls. The portions were very generous for a good price. The pho wasn't very flavorful and the eggrolls were good but a bit dry and overcooked. The vietnamese coffee was very good! Although other places I've ordered it they've made it at the table. They didn't here, but it was still good. We then ordered two sandwiches to go after waiting for 30 minutes for them the waitress told us she would go check the kitchen, instead she proceeded to take someone else's order before checking. We decided to leave without the sandwiches. As we were paying with our debit cards another older lady informed us they can only take credit, not debit cards after one of us had already paid with a debit card. So they also don't have an understanding of their credit card machine. I feel they may have opened too early and have not trained their staff appropriately. I'll be back. ...

Came specifically for Pho because the reviews were amazing. Ordered egg rolls. They came very brown (not golden, literally brown) and tasted a little burnt. Figured, "o, somebody must have left them in the fryer to long. O well". Ordered beef larb, chicken lo mein and the spicy beef pho. The larb was the best out of the 3 but was a bit dry. The lo mein had good flavor but the flat (not round noodles) noodles were way over cooked(a minute away from being mush) and the pho was so so so salty. The only explanation I can think of is somebody accidentally knocked over the salt into the pot 🤷‍♀️.There is no way they have been serving it to people all day that salty! Otherwise, the pho would have been ok. The sides for the pho were not fresh. The cilantro was turning brown, the bean sprouts were translucent and soggy. Even the service was lacking, sadly. I have NEVER sent a meal back, but the pho was so salty it immediately made me nauseous and my stomach hurt. Overall, I was very very disappointed. Especially because the reviews led me to believe that everything would be amazing. We are not from here, and we have had good Thai food, this was...
