The manager was rude! He was on his way out and doing the cash count at the drive through. I waited 17 mins for them to finish then finally fulfill my order. The indoor facility was closed for my early morning breakfast 630am. And the lady at the drive though didn't give me any sauce with my order after I had requested it.
So I walked up to the door and it was locked. However, the manager Javier was coming out the door at the same time and I told him my issue, and asked if he could get me some sauce. He said oh sorry I'm off work now, you'll have to go back though the drive thru line. Which at this point was 7 cars long. I was already almost late for work having to wait 17 mins for my order. So I knocked on the front door to try and get someone's attention as I didn't have time to wait for 7 cars to get back though the drive l thru. I held up my receipt to the window and knocked. The lady behind the counter acknowledge me, then walked to the back of the facility. I then had to continue to knock louder untill the drive thru lady herd me. And finally came to the door. She went back inside got my requested sauce and brought it to me. Recognizing that I was the patren that had to wait 17 mins at the window she apologized. She did everything right. But the manager was a straight up jerk and has no idea what...
Read moreI went to your location tonight as a door dasher to pick up 2 orders in the drive thru at 1240am. The worker told me they had no spicy popcorn chicken for my 1st order. As the worker proceeded to get the 2nd order i called the customer as advised them you were out of popcorn chicken. He said bummer can they give me a spicy chicken wrap instead and i told the customer i would be the asap. I advised the worker of this and i was told no they have to go on the app and request a refund. So at 1240am a customer wants their food and you cant substitute for a little wrap because your out of a product. Terrible customer service and the worker was very rude about it and said no. So i spent 3.63 of my own money and i only made 4.25 off the order so that the customer could have something to eat in place of the product you were out of. So after waiting in the drive thru and making sure my customer had food i made a whole 52 cents off the order. I'm appalled at the customer service level...
Read moreWe waited 10 mins. before anyone acknowledged our presence, inspite of the fact that we were the only ones waiting at the counter to order. Even then I had to ask twice if someone would please take our order. While we were waiting two different people returned orders to the counter that were incorrect. When we got our order the soda had ice after we asked for no ice, and we noticed only after we left that we had been charged for two fries when we only ordered one. Literally all of the available tables were dirty. We asked for a towel, but due to Covid we had to wait for them to come out and clean them. We were told they had to finish taking orders before they could do it. By the time we were able to eat, our food was barely warm. It was not very busy at all and there were at least six ladies working that we could see. Not the best dining...
