First experience was great, owner was in and he was awesome. Second experience not so much. We came in at 10:20 pm into the lobby and we were told we have to get our food to go (order finalized at 10:25 pm). I understand the policy of not wanting people to eat in the lobby but you didn't close for 40 minutes and the doors were open when we first came in?
Feed back: You could of allowed us to stay and just locked the doors. We would of been done before you guys closed. At least this is the policy of any other food place I've ever eaten that had open doors. Maybe the employees here were not having a good night?
Instead we ended up having to eat our food a bit less comfortably in our car. My cars going to smell in the morning as well, which is why we picked a sit down burger restaurant in the first place. Honestly, I wouldn't of come had I known on the site this would of been the case. Just some honest feedback.
Update: I got to the parking lot and they closed the lights off at 10:38 pm. Took some pictures for proof. Not cool for people driving here to get food because online it says you're open until 11 pm.

Upon arriving the lady behind the counter had a very foul unprofessional attitude talking trash in spanish to the cook not knowing i knew what she was saying. Then as i waited for my food a handicap guy came in with his service dog that clearly had a service animal harness on, the man was handicapped. His dog was specially trained in order to earn his paperwork. The restaurant manager kicked him out while he was waiting on his order after the man explained what was wrong with him to have the service animal. It is illegal to discriminate against a handicapped person that needs assistance from a service animal. He treated the man so disrespectful so i will not be ever ordering food there again. My morning was peaceful untill i went to get breakfast. They need to learn some professionalism. Dont come to work if you are going to be rude to customers. Food wasnt even that good anyways with no flavor. And use gloves next time you decided to get chicken out freezer. No one wants germs from your bare hands...

Customer service is less than fair; order taking by phone, no answer, most of timeout let on hold for long time, Quality of food were degraded , Steak sandwich the meat is hard too chew, the pastrami also the same, the meat is too hard. Also they don't offer ketchup, pepper, ranch dressing, napkins unless you ask for. Also when they take your order by phone they Rush too much, I understand they work under pressure attending to many customers and less employees, but this not our problem. We pay for good meal and good service. I hope the manager take good care of this business , otherwise this will be on bankruptcy.
