We’ve always liked to go in to the super Mex it is close to home but this afternoon was a different situation. We went in and sat ourselves which we always are told to do then we switch seats both waitresses walked by us two or three times didn’t even acknowledge us not even any eye contact or I’ll be right with you. then one of the little waitresses had all these menus to the party that came in after us I asked her for menus she had a attitude we got up and went to walk out I stopped to speak with her told her I didn’t appreciate how she treated us she was laughing under her mask So I was explaining to another lady standing next to her she says I don’t know why you’re wasting her time speaking with her do you want a manager I said yeah go get your manager that man comes out he’s smirking at me while I’m telling him my experience so we will never be back to this place again Customerservice is everything and that girl in there was horrible bad attitude...
Read moreSuper Mex does not disappoint! You have to come here for lunch, as you will leave full and satisfied. The service is great, and you get your order quickly.
The food is excellent here. Extremely generous portions will make you want to take a nap after. They start you off with chips and salsa. The chips ate actually small tostada shells that you snatch and grab, breaking a piece and dipping. The salsa is red, not chunky, buy not super blended. They are stuffed with a creamy potato mix, crisp lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and overflowing with goodness. It is served with a side of fluffy, flavorful Mexican rice, and creamy and savory...

The shredded beef in my hard shell taco also lacked flavor. I'm so disheartened because I've already had to give up eating at the Super Mex in Lakewood for the same reason. I work hard for my money and expect quality food. Don't change the way you cook my food, increase the price. I understand the increase of...
