McDonald's — Restaurant in Long Prairie

Can someone tell me how this particular McDonald’s cannot run my wife’s card as a credit card as our bank cards/Debit do not have pins never has and then deny her and my children service and tell her that they can only take credit cards when this debit card has been used there 30+ times with no issues and is from a bank in the exact same town this is not the only problem I have with this particular location but it is the incident that finally pushed me to do this I have spoken with other people friends family strangers about their service,quality of service, or the lack of Service at this particular location and nobody seems to be too impressed everything from incorrect orders wait time impoliteness from Staff even trying to figure out why they have 2 drive through order lanes and only one is ever open even during peak time these are some concerns brought up by friends family and others my family will be avoiding this particular McDonald’s for sometime or at least until we start hearing a little better stuff which will be difficult to do as my youngest child absolutely...

Usually enjoy eating here but not today. Manager needs to go thru public speaking training. You don’t shout out to everyone, Move your vehicle from the front of the building if you don’t want it to be hit by a big truck! Then 5 min later yelled, If you don’t move ur vehicles I’m going to have them towed. Front of store would mean the side facing the street(west side) not side facing the alley(south side) so maybe that’s why vehicles weren’t moved from the south side after the first threat. After the second threat customers just left. Her tone of voice was very unprofessional and customers were not happy with how she spoke to everyone. How about, Hey guests, our delivery truck is here and would like to unload so if you are parked on the south side next to the building could you please move your vehicle. Thank you. And if that doesn’t work, instead of treating towing, ask again nicely. What if someone was in the bathroom and didn’t hear you first time?? Either way, this is not how a manager should act in front of guests...

This location could be better, have had mix-ups and orders from time to time and my orders are very very simple. There are times where the food is just shoved out the window to me and the window closed, You got to have people with people skills. What's really kind of irking is through the drive-thru there is condensate from the air handlers on the roof that is allowed to just drip on your vehicle as you go through the drive-thru, that should be directed elsewhere. I have had it a couple times where my vehicle is freshly washed and I decide to come through here and now I've got water dripping on it.... In no way does that make sense for that condensate to be running out over...
