Circus Hall of Cream — Restaurant in Long View

I Love this little hidden gem!! First of all let's talk about the A grade they have in their window!! This establishment is super clean!! They also have one good burger. The food is always fresh and hot!! The banana thick milkshake is my fav!! Definatly one of my favorite spots!! Love it!!🍔🍟🍽 UPDATE This was my review before, after the quality of the Food, and the service today it is down to 0 Stars!! I ordered food and returned home, most of my fries were like potato chips, I called and asked them did they re-fry their fries, and was told no, never. So I had to drive all the way back, another round trip to pick up fresh fries, and payed $4.00 for some onion rings. I was asked how I wanted them fried sarcastically! I said just make them fresh please. Checked when I got to my car, should have taken a picture, the onion rings all 5 of them didn't even go halfway up the cup! I returned them immediately and was given my money back. Now to get home to my cold hot dog, with one small clump of ground beef, and new (Not fresh hard fries) I should have checked them, but they said they were making them fresh! So an hour and a half later. We are ordering dinner because you all WASTED OUR TIME AND MONEY! As you can see in my first review, I give reviews on my experience. And this one was horrible! You should not serve food...

Went for a meal on Saturday September 23rd. It was about 15 min till 4pm.

2 younger employees one guy with red hair and one short girl with glasses continuously complained as other customers came in the parking lot. "Here comes another one.... " " Are we closed yet....?, They complained. All of this was done while taking my order while I was treated like a nuisance for just standing there trying to place my families order. The young man rolled his eyes and physically displayed his disgust at having to DO HIS JOB the entire time.

In all fairness, I've never been treated so rudely here before. Normally, everyone is nice and friendly. I've been eating at CHC since i was a little kid in Viewmont as well as Longview.

Completely disappointed with my visit here. Pulled up to the speaker to order took a while for someone to respond. The lady taking my order was very pushy and didn't really give me time to think about what I wanted. When I asked for a minute I heard her huff. It was my 1st time there so I really wanted to see what they had since I heard they had such good stuff. Needless to say I get up to the window sat for 10 plus minutes before someone let me know what's was going on and to top it all off I had to remind the lady she forgot to give me my 2nd drink when she was acting like I had lost my mind for not leaving the drive thru. Sad to say that will be my 1st and only time I ever...
