Customers are almost immediately challenged to provide their room keys or membership credentials and are made to feel unwelcome while these are checked.
The food is OK but nothing special. Essentially you get Olive Garden style / quality food at way higher prices. You're also obliged to pay the 20pc service charge although the service is nothing to write home about.
If you want this kind of food if advise going to Olive Garden and saving money. If you want to spend this kind of money and don't mind a 15 minute drive head to Michael's on East for a decent meal.
