I have ordered here several times, but chose to order online this time. I placed my order, received a confirmation e-mail, and waited for my delivery, based on the pick-up time on my order. Fifteen minutes after my food should have been delivered, I decided to call to see what had happened. I was EXTREMELY polite and was just trying to find out if my order hadn't come through or if the driver was lost. The first girl I spoke with was slightly rude and made me repeat myself several times (again, politely) and then I was put on hold to talk to, who I assume to be, a manager. She was nasty! She immediately started yelling at me and saying that I should have called to tell them when I wanted it ordered. I still stayed polite and explained that the confirmation had said a time and didn't say I had to call. She proceeded to yell at ME and told me that she doesn't want to have this argument with me. Ummmm, I wasn't starting an argument with you, I was telling you that your system must be messed up if you think that it said I had to call you. I told her that I wasn't trying to argue with her (remaining polite) and she told me that "my food would be at my house in 10 minutes anyways." I then thanked her and she said, "Ok, bye." I have NEVER had such horrible service anywhere. I worked in retail for years and ESPECIALLY when you are wrong and the person is POLITE, you should apologize profusely and try to make it right. Although their sushi is good, I will gladly drive a half hour to get great sushi and be treated...
Read moreI hate to do this but when it comes to spending money you want your money's worth in taste and quality. This had neither. I had never eaten here before and thought we would give it a try. I ordered the chicken and broccoli off the dinner menu and it came with boneless ribs and pork fried rice. I never had a sweet sauce with my chicken and broccoli. It was too sweet, the chicken pieces were very small and thinly sliced and the broccoli did not look all that fresh. The boneless ribs were just "colored" red. No flavor what so ever. The rice was colored a bright yellow and there was hardly a piece of pork to be found. Lots of peas in it...not much pork in the pork fried rice. Taste...very bland. Egg roll....all shredded cabbage....no flavor. Also ordered a side of beef lo mein...asked for it spicey...she said "no problem, we can do that" It came bland...no spice no flavor. Next time I will go to Hu Ke Lau. NEVER again will I eat at Li's Brothers. BTW..After taking a small bite of everything, I threw the dinner away. Not worth eating. My husband didn't like his meal either of teriyaki sticks and boneless...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I LOVE this place! We’ve gone twice and both times weve gone (usually Wednesdays, around 5:15ish pm), it’s super quiet and we’re typically the only ones there. They’re servers are excellent, and funny even too! And the dinner, is out of this world GOOD!!!! Never had Chinese food like it before (for the both of us)!! Our meals come out in these awesome square “boxes” sectioned into like 3 separate areas for each of the different food you order. And in the middle is a smaller section for duck sauce! I so want one of those plates! Everyone is so polite and the food is out of this world amazing!!! More people need to find out about this place because they deserve all the recognition possible! And for what you get, it’s reasonable!! Since finding Leo Brothers, we look forward to...
