Decent new restaurant. Tasty cocktail at the bar and friendly service both at the bar and at the dinner table. Cocktails were great. Background music was barely audible. Started with a Prosciutto special order (not the salad); Burrata, Steak Frites and Coq au Vin good but not exceptional. Chicken portion was a little modest. Ordered a bottle of Campuget Rose but they were out so they brought bottle of a bottle of Moulin de Gassac which wasn't on the list. Menus not on the website, which is unfortunate. Taking into account that they are still new all in all it was a good visit. Will give them another couple months to get their ducks in a row then try again.

This is an awesome spot. It has a great vibe, and it's nice to see a good restaurant take over the space in this growing part of town. The staff is friendly and informative, and the food is delicious. My wife had the steak frites with chimichurri, and I had trout with risotto, and both were phenomenal. At first I thought the prices were a tad high, but when I saw the portions and tasted the quality, I felt the prices were beyond fair. Also, they have good deals on Happy Hour, and I know they have other daily specials.

What a hidden gem! Duets is newer to Longmont and so good! The inside has a fresh new look and their brunch menu had me wanting to try so many things. I opted for the prosciutto Benedict with a Bloody Mary. The Bloody Mary came with toppings, and my Benedict was so good. While I opted for savory options this time, I’m excited to come back and try their mimosa flight as well as some of the sweeter items on the menu.

Love that this place just opened, but they have some work to do on dialing in the details to keep customers coming back.

Stopped in for lunch and decided to just eat there instead of getting to go. The food is high quality, and is absolutely delicious (best part). However, it took 40 minutes (at least) to get our two sandwiches due to a kitchen error (there is room for improvement on training the kitchen on allergen protocol), which added a significant amount to our ticket time. When we were ready to go, making a martini was prioritized over getting us cashed out (card had been out on the bar and visible for 10 minutes). What really didn't sit right with me is the fact that we seemed to be ignored by the entire management staff who were all present and who probably should have given us a table touch at minimum, and maybe some comped chips or something to make up for the fact that our once presumed quick lunch turned into a very long affair. I noticed other customers as well (there were only a few other tables in the restaurant during our visit, so should be noted that they were not slammed) who had that look of "is anyone coming back to take our order?". The server was both knowledgeable and very nice! Really appreciated his attention to detail with our gluten free bread request. Seemed really great until the end when it took a bit to get cashed out (normally wouldn't have mattered as much, but when we already waited so long, it needed to be quicker). Lunch service can be challenging for a new business, but 'check back, check down' is a good principle to follow. We will be back since the food is so good and there is some real potential here, but hopefully the management can get some items in order. I would suggest putting the gluten free bread and bun option on the menu so customers know when they look you up! Other positives: The décor and remodel are really nice! The cocktails look good too - excited to...

*Updated 9/1- We finally made it in again! We got a coupon in the local mailer and it was just the reminder we needed to come back for another try. Popped in for lunch on Labor Day- only a couple other diners around. We got 2 sandwiches and they were quite good. Sat at the bar, perfect weather and service. Great experience, feeling ready to give dinner another shot!

I hope our review is taken as constructive criticism because we’re rooting for you!! We live in the neighborhood and have been anxiously waiting to try our new spot. The remodel is truly beautiful! It was clearly done with care and excellent taste. Service was solid and quick! We came in for happy hour, we felt like the wings were an odd choice for the menu and seemed out of place with the rest of the items but decided to try them because they were likely there for a reason, they were just fine. The French onion soup was also just fine with no depth of flavor, super disappointing. The Caesar salad was cold and fresh but under dressed (and I tend to prefer light dressing) steak frites was a miss the fries were kinda soggy, I was hoping for skinny crispy ones. The steak was ok but the pepper sauce was gloopy with an off flavor (maybe green peppercorns) all in all everything we ate was just ok. Seeing how expensive it’s become to exist in 2025, eating out has become a special treat and has to be e really stellar to make it worth it. We plan to come back to try a lunch sandwich to see if that hits better. Nothing we got wowed us, which was a bummer. Truly wrote this hoping...

I hate to leave this review but I think you need to know about our experience. This was not our first trip here because it’s a neighborhood spot and we want to support locally, but it’s likely our last. Tonight’s service was absolutely some of the worst I’ve ever received. We were seated, we knew what we wanted so we ordered straight away. I want to mention that There were two only other tables in the restaurant with guests. Anyways, our server eventually brought our drinks, disappeared for what felt like forever and set a lukewarm appetizer on our table, one that required forks. She said she would be back later with forks. She went and took the order for one of the other two tables and checked on the other while we waited for silverware. 3-4 minutes later she dropped off forks and then said she back because our food was ready. Before getting our food she went and chatted with a the other occupied table - just chit chatting and milling about. She eventually returned with our food. We both ordered burgers. One MR and one MED. Both were overdone and both were cold. The fries were ice cold. When she came by I asked for hot fries and about 10 minutes later a plate of fries arrived - we were done with our meal. We asked for the bill and she brought a card reader where the first tip amount was 20%…um no. Then she picked up the plates but only stacked them in front of us and walked away before heading off to do god knows what. $50 for cold fold and atrocious service. Highly...
