Great food worth the money! Employees & Denzil the manager are Awsome. BUT, Today at 12:43 (lunch) the lady working drive threw made me feel rushed placing my order an I couldn't hear her well. She was rude & messing up the order reading it back. I told her "I'll just pull up to the window" I told her my order an she was rude as hell to me an sad "THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAID" slammed the window an locked it... after taking my card handed to the cashier (Whom was very sweet) THE RUDE LADY an was EXTREMELY LOUD telling people by the window where I was parked in drive threw RUDE CRAP ABOUT ME & I HEARD ** EVERYTHING SHE SAID * the cashier the nice lady handed me my card. As I'm asking her "is Denzil here I need to talk to him" the rude lady stop an was listening as Denzil came to the window. I explained to Denzil we come here all the time we are just down the street. Your food is great an my husband an I meet you an love coming here cos the service is Always been amazing!!!! But, that lady was so nasty an I heard everything she said about me!!! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!! IT TAKE ONE BAD EMPLOYEE TO MESS UP A GOOD THING! we where spending $20.00 - $40.00 A WEEK at JUICY'S . NOT ANY DAMN MORE!!!! On 06/22/24 I Ordered an order to go, Jermaine was my order taker at front counter he did a good job taking my order. I ordered 2 Super Tacos for my Wife, I was ordering myself a double meat burrito and ask if I could try a piece of the chicken to see if I liked it, Jermaine went and ask manager and she said no. I then saw the manager not to far away and told her I just wanted to have a taste of the chicken to see if liked it enough to order it, so she sent me a small piece so I could get a taste, I ended up ordering the double meat chicken burrito. I was next door at the store, I'm the same building that both businesses are in while my food was being prepared and a female employee came next door and gave free food to the employee of the store and said it's free, I spoke up and said you give away free food but you didn't even want to give me a sample taste, she replied back sarcasticly and stated her Operations Manager told her to bring over the food and give it to the store employee, you would like to think there is no need to check your order before you leave but that not the case here the tacos didn't even have the sour cream on them and I made sure Jermaine understood my wife wanted the sour cream that's why I ordered the...

Just stopped here for the first EVER. I have never ate here before today. And I never will after this either. I ordered 4 soft tacos and enchiladas with sour cream sauce. I got no soft tacos at all but was charged for them, and my enchiladas were not prepared at all like I asked them to be. Not sure what the horrible red sauce was on there but it wasn’t what I asked for. Don’t really feel like an order can get anymore simple than that. I didn’t know at the time when the fat Mexican boy cook handed it to me because I was still on route for my job. So I just took it and left without thinking. But now that I’m home and I sit down to eat, I see how trash this place is. Can’t even follow basic instructions. Knowing how fast food employees are these days it’s most definitely my ignorance not double checking to see if the Basic order I placed was done correctly. Fat boy in the kitchen needs more brain cells if your gonna work with the public. Trash service. Mexican girl at register was sweet and helpful.
