Whataburger — Restaurant in Longview

Well, now that I finished eating what I didn't order I'll voice my opinion. I been at the hospital with my ill wife since 3pm. Headed home at 11pm and stopped here to get something to eat. Now it's 11:15pm and I'm tired. It's my fault for not checking my order before leaving but like I said, I was tired and wanted to get home. So I drive 4 miles to get home and find out it's not what I ordered. I looked at the ticket on the bag, yep,, not what I ordered. So here it is 11:45pm and now I'm tired & pissed off. I ordered a #12 meal Spicy Chicken Sandwich & I got a #2 Double Meat with cheese & mayo burger. There's 2 differences here, the #12 has a 1 in front of the 2, the #2 doesn't. The Chicken is small and has 2 legs, the Beef is big and has 4 legs. Big difference, it doesn't take Rocket Science to figure that out. Y'all working at these fast food establishments be crying wanting $15 an hour but you want to give your customers $4 an hour service. I will take this issue to the corporate office because it isn't the first time it has happened and obviously management doesn't want to fix it. Work nearby and try to eat here once a week. Have had a few days of slow service but otherwise decent until today. At the counter, I ordered a #4 with mustard all the way. The server rang up no veggies. I saw it on the screen and told her with everything. She told me I said mustard only and rolled her eyes. I apologized and said I meant all the way( who knows maybe I did accidentally say only?) Gave me the tent , did not acknowledge my thanks, and then said to the crew, " that number 4 with no veggies Is supposed to say everything , it was just a joke". Well I continued being non confrontational. A different lady brought my burger with no vegetables on it, and as she gave it to me told me "it says no veggies" . I guess they put the mustard on with a boat paddle as it was 3 times the normal amount. Well whatever I ate my disgusting food and left as I take short lunch breaks. I dont mind the high prices for burgers here, but I do mind that you have to check your orders before you pull off. I only ordered 2 burgers with a few add ons, the receipt was right so I went home to find the order was wrong. Very very frustrating with a baby I can't just get back out like that. They did offer to make it right with asking us to return so they could give us the extra 1 patty and jalapeños that they forgot. We opted to go back another day. And I sure hope they don't just offer one single patty and jalapeños when I return. That would be insane, they should remake the entire order.
