Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Longview

HORRIBLE, WONT go back. No other cars were there. We went thur the drive thru and told to wait. We waited so long we went and park to order. Told the same thing to wait. We were the only car there. When she finally got to us we order and then she said they didn't have it. Order a shake also machine doesn't work. Wasn't sure what they had that she could sell us food wise. The machine outside didn't work so we could not run our debit card thur. She wasn't sure if the one inside work. The only thing that we could get was two sorry old cold hard as a rock corn dogs. They tasted burnt and like they were cooked days ago. Couldn't eat them. Ask for mustard because she didn't bring us any. The one drink that we were able to get was halfway full tasted awful like the machine wasn't cleaned out. I want my money back and the time we wasted there. Never had a problem with sonic before but this is the first one I had been too. The music that was playing was so loud it sounded like rap music. We ask if the could lower and why that kind of music. She couldn't here us over the music that's how loud it was no holiday music just hard wild rap music. I would love someone...

I went and got dinner for my family on my way home from work and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, which is fine as long as everything it correct. They gave me a sprite instead of fried and I told them I didn’t have a drink. They corrected that, but once I got home, I realized my daughters sandwich was missing. I called and asked to speak to a manager about the issue. Explained that I hardly go there, I had just went there by chance. She said they could just replace it. I explained that I live 30 minutes away and asked if I could just get something else instead. She said that item would have to be the same price. Asked if I couldn’t just get the credit towards something else. The manager on the phone had to ask someone else 2 questions to see if it was possible and came back to tell me that no all they could to was replace the sandwich and had to go within 2 weeks. Never heard of a place that didn’t offer credit towards other things. Ended up having to go to our usual sonic to get the sandwich that was missing and have to make my one year old wait another 30 minutes...

Food was not really great. Actually this is one of the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Ordered some popcorn chicken for the child and it came out way overcooked and completely dried out to the point where the child would not eat it. This child loves popcorn chicken & usually eats it no matter what so when she refused to I knew it was a problem. Ordered chili cheese dogs with mustard and you might have well just called them mustard dogs because they had way too much mustard on them. French fries tasted like they were cooked the day before and given to us.

Sonic is well known for their old school order your food and have a CarHop bring it to you. For some reason maybe cuz they're short-staffed or they're lazy I couldn't tell you but they were not let any people order in the stalls. They told everyone they could only use the drive through. You can use to drive through at every other restaurant. The car hops is what makes sonic original & they were not allowing it.

There are so many Sonic's located in the city that there's no reason whatsoever to actually use this...
