If I could give negative stars I would I came into the drive thru the lady asked me for my order I had 2 coupons one for 2 original chicken sandwiches and one for a crispy chicken sandwich meal I started my order by asking if it could please be made fresh she said yes she told me the crispy chicken sandwich was going to take 6 mins I was ok with that I also asked for the 2 original chickens to be made like a whopper with cheese I also ordered a lg drink and 3 twix pies and an order of cheesy tots I got to the window and paid it was $25.40 she took my money and said it would be 6mins I pulled forward after sitting in my car for over 10mins I went inside the girl bagging the food for dt finally turns around and asks me what I need I pointed at the bag of food just sitting on the counter and asked how long it was sitting there she said she just bagged it and was about to bring it out when she finished what she was doing she grabs it and hands it to me so I open it up to check it the crispy chicken sandwich was on top poorly wrapped when I pulled it out the 2 tiny pieces of lettuce that was on the sandwich fell out the sandwich didnt feel even warm i opened it up the rest of the way it was disgusting the cheese was not melted it was dark orange all the way around the edges and towards the middle of the cheese and was hard the tomato was between the chicken and the cheese i touched the chicken and it was ICE cold i would swear it wasn't even cooked all the way it wasnt even room temperature i asked the manager to touch it so she could see how cold it was i asked her to remake it she grabs it out of my hand and tossed it in the box on the counter and yells to have it remade as I stood there waiting I checked the rest of the food and the other 2 sandwiches were warm but the cheese was the same way orange and hard and by the time the other sandwiche was remade everything else would have been cold since they left it sitting on the counter while she walked around screaming for an employee she even went over to the bathrooms to get him I no longer wanted any of it and asked for my money back she continued bagging food and taking orders instead of giving me my money back what was supposed to be a 6 min wait turned into a 25min nightmare and not one employee or manager even apologized for the incident I dont come here often because it's always garbage food and service but I got some coupons in the mail today and figured I would give it a shot but NEVER again will I make...
Read moreOrdered 10 cheese burgers, a large fry, 8 mozzarella sticks, small onion rings, and 2 strawberry shakes. Tiffany took the order and seemed to be the active manager. Asked for specifically fresh mozzarella sticks and zesty sauce. Payed 28 dollars plus change for food for the wife, myself and the kid, plus hopes of lunch the next day. Payed and was asked to pull out front without receiving a receipt. Waited 20-30 mins for the food and it was clear that the first thing put together were the milkshakes. I Asked for new milkshakes due to them being melted and the nice lady was more than happy to help. After watching the very nice lady Struggle to get our milkshakes, “because the manager wouldn’t let her fill the machine” and struggle to keep it moving While the man in the back was making burgers and the manager Tiffany was hiding and texting, I took the condiments that we initially asked for to the car. Just out of curiosity I checked the mozzarella sticks. Found out they were rubber.. luckily I checked. The kind lady helped us get everything made “fresh” including the 10 burgers. While waiting I noticed The man in the back dismiss 2 timers and leave the food in the holding trays. Also witnessed the nice lady throw away a ton of old fries and get griped at by the man in the back for doing it when it was clearly the right thing to do... needless to say I’m only giving 2 stars because of the nice lady’s willingness to go above and beyond to make things right. She deserves a raise, she was excellent. If it wasn’t for her I would have given 1 star. Also, it’s hard to believe someone who would have had to work 3 hours of their life for that 28 dollars to not understand and complain about us not accepting the poor service due to only 3 people being there and 2 of the three were actually working. Needless to say, in total I waited almost an hour for everything to be done. All while at least 20 minutes of that hour I was the only customer. The only thing that wasn’t fresh fresh was the burger patty’s and my strawberry yogurt drinks... thank you very nice lady, I wish I would have gotten your name. You worked very hard and diligently to resolve all problems that you were confronted by. Thank you for your hard work. Let me start off by saying I love Burger King and I love spending my money there when I want fresh, hot burgers. That being said, I don't understand why this particular restaurant in Longwood Florida has weird hours and seems to be closed before their scheduled closing times and keep the doors locked during these times as well!! They say hold on as soon as you get to the drive thru speaker like I am inconveniencing them, then they make you wait 10 mins before responding! Then they tell me to park and wait another 20 mins for 2 Whoppers and fresh fries! Burger King has always been my favorite fast food restaurant and I have always enjoyed it since I was a kid.
You can see how the outward appearance of the building has fallen in disrepair with falling signage and no one speaks through the drive thru speaker to let anyone know anything! You have 4 people or more waiting without any response! There are people sitting there and after waiting so long, people begin to drive off because they get no acknowledgement!
Seems like no one cares that there are customers waiting patiently to order food from their favorite restaurant and it is falling on deaf ears!
As a customer and patron we know our country is going through a rough patch but it doesn't mean we let business ethics fall to by the wayside. On the same subject I was asked by a family member what I wanted for a holiday gift; I requested Burger King gift cards despite knowing what price I would pay for using those cards at this location.
I went against my better judgment and went back the other day and was yet again waiting that night at 9:00pm for a small order - I proceeded to ask the cashier who brought my food out to me why does it take so long to receive my food? Her response was I'm so sorry we never have enough staff because the same people keep calling out and management refuses to care about the restaurant. Someone from corporate needs to address these issues with unannounced visits or secret shoppers. It's pretty sad that I can't go to the Burger King by my house because I know I will be met with bad service and cold old food.
