Had the worst experience during recent visit. When u check out you are given a number. Past visits they call your number when order is ready - this did not occur - very unorganized - kitchen manager walking with 3 bags going to guest in the bar asking if was their dinner - was not so walked to other people - mentioned to women at order desk seemed very unorganized - she was very nasty. After waiting a few minutes the nasty lady handed me a bag did not confirm ticket number. When I came home noticed was given incorrect order - drove back to Slovak home informed nasty lady at check out - did not apologize for error just grabbed bag placed a new order. I was not happy - women at check out was very sarcastic - not the type of service I would expect from Slovak Home. Will not return, but with the high cost of fish dinners - Customers need to know how disorganized they are along with rude service. Called to place an order for pickup! They said they don’t take orders over the phone! I said ok and then went up to place an order! When I went in to place the order, another gentleman came up and said his mom placed an order for pickup up! So…… hmmmmm mind is baffled! If you’re going to do it for one then do it for all! Talked to the lady in charge! She went and talked to the lady at the cash register then ran me down in the parking lot to tell me he reason why the guy was picking up because there was something wrong with the order! On my way home I remembered that they have signs up saying check your order before you leave! So .hmmmmmm! Still not abiding by what they said or by the signs...

Shouldn't go during Lent as I felt the waits were way too long. The perch was fresh and very good. It would be nice if they offered lemon instead of just tartar sauce for the fish. Fries were hot and crispy. Coleslaw made in house with flecks of Paprika. They did not have the cabbage roll dinner that evening which disappointed my husband. Sadly they ran out of nut and poppy seed rolls before we got there. Our Waitperson Sarah did the best she could as she appeared to be the only actual waitress there. Everybody that we came across was very friendly, but again I think we have to go back when it's not Lent in order to get it better idea of...
