Rent-A-Center — Local services in Lorain

At first everything was great. I was close to paying off my sons ps4 and even decided to rent a washer/ dryer set with them. In the last 6 weeks its went to hell. I was involved in a 4 car pile up/ accident on 12-27-2018. I was lifeflighted and spent several days in icu before being transferred to a rehabilitation facility in Cleveland. I get my social security on the 3rd so when they started leaving messages on my phone I was confused. Then my daughter tried to pay my monthly payment (around 165.00) and was told she didnt have enough cause they wanted 264.67 and the ps4 returned...now thats 100 more then the payment. That was on day 25. They have left several notes on my door, call everyone I listed 4-5 times a day, and will not stop harrassing us. I asked to pay off the ps4 since it was about 109 to do so and was refused. Told them as soon as I get out of the facility ( estimated date of 1-31-2019) that I would come make it then and let them take back the washer/ dryer and was again refused. I was told they are filing charges against me and getting the judge to let them in my home. I'm livid at this point. My neighbor has a video of the worker trying to turn the doorknob at my front and back door as well as trying the windows...My advice is if you can deal with someone else do it cause this store is horrible if the unexpected happens...and if they can treat someone in the hospital like this then heaven forbid if you lost your job or...

This is the only RENT A CENTER that me and my family go to! They are very friendly and have great customer service i cannot complain. They have treated me and my family great we have already gotten a few things from here with no issues they help you in what you need and want truly to theyre best so you could leave happy and satisfyed with your furniture or appliances... And they are Bilingual as well if needed translation...We have never had any unsatisfactory dissapointments... This is the rent a center i would go to if you plan on getting furniture...
