Off Shore Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Lorain

Good local bar with pool tables and a good selection of beer/liquor to choose from. Definitely has a few "regulars" that I have seen each time I have visited, which is always a great sign of a good business. The menu for food is a bit limited, but has all the good bar staples. Burgers, sandwiches, and some appetizers. The burgers are pretty big and definitely worth getting if you're hungry.

It isn't the prettiest place, but you're not coming here to look at pretty paintings or the art nouveau bullcrap of some hipster place. You're coming here to drink some beers, shoot the breeze with your friends and the regulars, maybe have a bite to eat, and have a good time.

This place is a very bad place to go. You will be lucky if the step son of the owner doesn't choose you for his entertainment for the night and slip something in your drink. He has caused nothing but hell for me and my husband when we stopped by for a drink to cheer up a friend who just went through a break up. Little did we know that a twisted person sits at the bar all day waiting to choose his victims. Be careful. Be safe. Dont trust your drink...

I enjoyed coming here when it was a private club, but when I asked the barmaid if it was still a private club she said it's supposed to be but anyone can come in.
