I became very concerned about taco bells. I like the fact that I can eat for a fair price, but buying individual items, it's a too pricey. I gave up on a lot of taco bells and gave in to this one because it's new. Contact and support 1 day regarding the menu showing me a caramel empanada being told that it's discontinued not long ago. They seemed to have updated the menu.I've only had one blown out burrito but finding trash in my box is not acceptable. They ask you many times this and that and you state clearly that you don't want any sauce.The young lady seemed to have been in the way for some reason.Looked like a manager got in the way.I couldn't stop thinking about the fact that i'm waving at her thinking, why are you putting fifty sauces in my bag when I asked for none? And then I was asked again, oh, you don't want any of this sauce.No, I don't next thing.You know, my napkins look like a ball of paper and they kept the sauce. Opened upMy seven dollar box started munching on chips that I had to buy.Because I don't like cinnamon twists.And that seems to be the thing they replaced the chips with.So not only did they not change the name of the box, they wanted to give me something like pork rinds with cinnamon on it.I don't know what those things are.I don't like them. Ate my crunchy taco then started to eat my chicken Chalupa. And realized there was a dirty piece of cellopane plastic under my food. No, one person should ever want to open their burrito. Everything seemed fine.I finished my meal.Although it suddenly looked like trash. The lady looked like a manager.Her teeth were a bit gnarly. She had plastic gloves on the cellophane.In my box or whatever was dirty. I have no way of knowing if those gloves were fresh. But the woman in the window Who suddenly had what seemed like her duties taken over by a shift manager a woman with gloves who appeared out of nowhere. The girl on the window didn't have gloves on at least.I don't think so.This would lead me to believe that it is not necessary.Because she does not handle food or trash. Read moreI placed a mobile order last night, went to go pick it up took 20 mins waiting in line to get the order okay whatever it happens. Then I get my order pull out and take a drink of my drink and it’s just soda water. Was going to turn around but I wasn’t going to wait another 20 mins just to get the through the line and the lobby was closed. Got home and I got a supreme lux box. My 5 layer burrito and my Doritos locos taco was suppose to have NO beef. It was suppose to have potato’s instead and it had beef. So I proceed to call and talk to HANNAH! She rushed me on the phone when I was trying to explain what was wrong like she didn’t even hear what I was saying and just said to come in and say I talked to HANNAH and get my order remade. I proceed to come in the next day, pull up to the drive thru speaker and proceed to tell them I had an online order last night that was wrong, I talked to Hannah she said to come in and get it remade. I proceed to tell them my order and then I get stopped and told that what I was saying was incorrect and that I called about the chicken chalupa being wrong. I said I called about two of my items in my box having beef in it when I specifically put no beef add potato’s. A chicken chalupa already comes with chicken why would that get messed up. They then proceeded to say well that’s not what Hannah’s saying she’s right here and she said you said this. So at this point I told them forget it about it. I’m not about to beg for my food to made how I ordered it. I’m not going to sit here and lie about what I ordered to get free food I can afford to just order more food but it’s the principle of being told I’m lying after what happened the night prior. Both ladies had attitudes and were not professional at all. I would not recommend this location at all and at this point I’m done dealing with fast food because half the time even when the food is correct it’s still nasty. Read moreI ordered at the kiosk, pay with my card. The kiosk did not provide a recept and one was not emailed to me, even though I used my email. I sat down, after a little bit my son complains about the wait being longer than our usual location. At that point it is 6:37. I don't remember what time we came in. At 6:50 my other party member went to the counter to check on the food order. There was a doordasher already waiting. After a moment another doordasher comes in. The employee approaches the counter and addresses the first doordasher. Cool. Then she bypasses my party member and addresses the second doordasher. It sucks that she skipped to another person but wasn't the end of the world. She then leaves ignoring my party member. She returns shortly and finally addresses him. He gives the order name and she asks if we paid. Yes we did. She says its almost ready. We wait, both Doordashers leave. And we wait a few more minutes. At 7:05 I approached the counter and requested a refund. Someone else says it's almost ready. I said that 25 minutes waiting is unacceptable. She said they were slammed with drive thru orders. We had been watching the drive through, and the cars were moving 1 every 4-5 minutes. They gave me a cash refund but it was less than my total. I showed my bank app to get a...
