Subway — Restaurant in Lordsburg

I was there to pick up some lunch for my husband and myself. I asked if there were any gluten-free options available since Subway is pretty well known for that but I didn't see it on the smaller menu. The boy just stood there and said nothing. I repeated my question and he grunted a barely audible, "I don't know," and continued to just stand there, looking down at the counter, never once looking up. I told him that I needed him to find out please, but he just continued to stand there. Strange. Rude. Bad service, but okay - there were two ladies busy talking right behind him so I addressed them. "Excuse me, do you have any gluten-free options available?" I got a look of absolute amazement and disdain all at once. "Uh, no. Wheat is as gluten-free as it gets here, hun." Seriously? A simple no would have sufficed. Better yet, maybe refer me to the salads they have available. There is absolutely no cause to be rude.

Because of a large amount of dietary restrictions, I have been a frequent Subway customer for a very long time and have advised a lot of other people in my medical circles to do the same. Now I'm starting to wonder if that was just my local area. Now that I'm traveling, I certainly won't be making those recommendations or going to another Subway until I can feel...

Unfortunately they didn't let anybody know they were out of tomatoes, even the first time I asked for it. The lady that made my protein bowl had a horrible attitude. She acted like we were inconveniencing her by her being there. If you don't want to be there, quit and go somewhere else. Trust me, me and the guy in front of me will not miss you. It is really a shame. I worked retail, no matter how you feel you still have to put on a personality for the customer. You could act like you want to be there....

Sandwich was just ok. Unfortunately, this location is lacking good customer service. The person in front of me had some minor issues and was not attended to in a professional manner. When it was my turn to build my sandwich, I had to repeatedly ask for more veggies. I wasn't asking for anything out of the norm. I've countlessly had Subway and have never had to ask for more onion, bell pepper and olives. I was amazed of how poorly my sandwich was being constructed. Will absolutely NEVER stop at this...
