Hardee's — Restaurant in Loretto

I recently visited Hardee's for breakfast through the drive-thru, and my experience was incredibly disappointing due to the poor customer service, primarily stemming from the new manager on duty.

As I placed my order, everything seemed fine until I asked for some creamer for my coffee. Instead of a friendly response, I was met with an obvious attitude, as if my simple request was a major inconvenience. The manager's irritation was palpable, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s frustrating to be treated like a nuisance for just asking for a little extra to enjoy my meal.

After a long wait, I finally received my order, but the negative interaction overshadowed the food itself. While Hardee's breakfast items are usually satisfying, I couldn't enjoy them fully due to the unpleasant service.

It’s disheartening to see such a decline in customer service, especially when it can significantly affect the dining experience. I sincerely hope Hardee's addresses this issue and considers making changes to their management approach. Until then, I'll be looking elsewhere for my...

I will never return to this location. I even deleted the app with 1200 stars on it because they just can't do their job and the food is never right or it's ice cold and for what they charge is a joke order 2 big hot ham and with a med curly fries and med coke. I'm the only customer on the property. I was picking up a mobile order. Had to tell them times finally was told to pull around then to pull up to wait a total of 10 minutes for cold hard fires and 2 sandwiches that you can't even see the ham on had 4 pieces of ham on each one. The ice melted in the drink. So how does it take that long to put ham and cheese on a bun? Apparently long enough to let the fries they were waiting on and the ice to melt in the drink. The ham wasnt hot either. I live less than a minute from there but it's always like this won't be again. I will never give Hardee's a penny of my money. The problem is no management at night and apparently the manager is not very good at training or knowing what's going on in the place they are responsible for. Just more wasted money for food that my dog probably...

My husband and I live in Alabama, but we try to get to this particular Hardee's because to be completely honest, they have THE best burgers anywhere... including any restaurants....the girls out front are so sweet and always helpful. Professional and quick. But the young guy in back who made our burgers tonight was... insanely delicious. Not only was it delicious, the presentation was holy good grief fantastic. I don't remember any time I've opened a fast food wrapper and saw a burger as pretty as the ones we got tonight. Now, they've impressed us each time we've been.... and they are consistently a good looking sandwich. But even my picture doesn't do it justice.
