El Rigoberto's Tacos White Rock — Restaurant in Los Alamos

Went here while attending class at the white rock training center- stopped in during lunch, it was around 12 so it was busy-Seems like a lot of locals come here. The place seemed clean and the service was friendly and food came out pretty fast, I got the Carne asada tacos, and a chicken quesadilla, both came our fresh and hot, only complaint I had was the Pico de Gallo on the tacos was a bit watery so it kind of compromised the taco shell strength a bit during the eating process, but the chicken quesadilla was amazing, plenty of tender juicy chunks of chicken, and came on a nice flaky tortilla, the sauce selection isn't bad either. Super quick service! We kept ordering in the store back and forth because the tacos were such a good, inexpensive lunch with lots of options. Our tacos would be brought out in about a minute or two!! The prices are great, there’s many options, you can easily take off/add toppings to personal preferences (for some tacos we asked for no cheese), and service is fast and friendly. Nice fast food alternative to the common French fries and sandwiches.
